職責
成功的申請人將於行政部、物料供應部,及/或品質保證部擔當以下工作 -
‧於各部門提供日常運作的行政支援;
‧協助管理紀錄;
‧協助預備統計申報;
‧協助進行技術手冊/程序的更新/編制索引/管理﹔及
‧協助安排團體參觀及特別活動。
The successful candidates will work in the Administration, Supplies and/or Quality Assurance Sections for -
‧providing administrative support to the daily operation of the Sections;
‧assisting in records management;
‧assisting in the preparation of statistical returns;
‧assisting in updating/indexing/management of technical manuals/procedures; and
‧assisting in group visits and ad hoc activities.
入職條件
申請人必須具備下列資格:
‧為香港特別行政區永久性居民﹔
‧為本地或海外專上院校認可全日制學位課程或以上學歷的學生;
‧精通MS Office應用程式;
‧良好溝通技巧;及
‧中英文書寫及口語能力俱佳。
Applicants must -
‧be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;
‧be students of full-time undergraduate or post-graduate programmes in local or overseas post-secondary institutions;
‧be proficient in using MS Office applications;
‧have good communication skills; and
‧be fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
