- (a)為舉辦科技教育或與科學、科技、工程、藝術及數學(STEAM)相關教師專業發展課程和活動，提供文書和後勤支援；
- (b)為管理問卷調查和學校探訪，以及為學校開發學與教資源，提供文書和後勤支援；
- (c)為與不同持份者如大專院校、專業團體、其他政府部門、非政府組織等的聯絡提供後勤支援，以促進STEAM教育在學校的推展；
- (d)為有關人事、財務和帳目、統計工作、資訊科技提供一般辦公室支援和其他文書支援；
- (e)為有關STEAM教育良好經驗分享的協調工作和安排提供文書和後勤支援；
- (f)為組織各種與STEAM相關的學生學習活動 / 比賽 / 大型項目，提供後勤支援，以展示學生的成就；以及
- (g)執 行被委派的其他職務。

職責
- (a)To provide clerical and logistic support on the organisation of Technology Education or Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) related professional development programmes and activities;
- (b)To provide clerical and logistic support for administration of surveys and school visits, and development of learning and teaching resources;
- (c)To provide logistic support for communication with various stakeholders such as tertiary institutions, professional bodies, other government departments, Non-Governmental Organisations, etc. in promotion of STEAM education in schools;
- (d)To provide general office support related to personnel, finance and accounts, statistical duties, information technology, and other clerical support;
- (e)To provide clerical and logistic support on coordination of work and arrangement of dissemination of good practices related to STEAM education;
- (f)To provide logistic support for organising various types of STEAM-related student learning activities / competitions / large-scale events to showcase students’ achievement; and
- (g)To undertake any other duties as assigned.
入職條件
- (a)持有香港所頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷[參閱註(i)]；
- (b)在取得相關學位後，具備至少2年項目協調、管理或組織教師的培訓活動方面的工作經驗[參閱註(ii)]；
- (c)熟悉中文輸入法、使用數據庫系統和辦公室應用軟件；以及
- (d)具備教育和學校工作經驗者優先。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent [See Note (i)];
- (b)At least 2 years' relevant post-degree working experience in project coordination, management or organising training programmes for school teachers [See Note (ii)];
- (c)Familiar with Chinese input methods, the use of database systems and office automation computer applications; and
- (d)Preference will be given to applicants with working experience related to education and schools.
