Assistant Manager (Hong Kong Talent Engage) Publicity and Marketing
月薪港幣43,610元
職責
(a) 協助籌備及進行大型宣傳計劃、推廣訊息、各界別/技能的推介資料和政府為特定行業提供資助的資料,並以傳統和線上方式,主動接觸目標人才;
(b) 協助籌備香港人才服務窗口線上平台的推廣內容,並定期更新內容;
(c) 協助與香港駐內地及海外的經濟貿易辦事處進行宣傳和聯繫計劃,並因應不同市場人才群組的特點,制訂合適的活動和項目;
(d) 協助與顧問和服務供應商聯繫,以推行經核准的宣傳、市場推廣和聯繫策略,並在執行過程中進行合約管理;
(e) 協助處理宣傳及市場推廣組的行政事宜,包括人事、辦公地方、辦公室設備、檔案管理、會計及財務、一般查詢及投訴;以及
(f) 執行高級人員指派的任何其他職務。

(a) to assist in preparing and carrying out the mass publicity plans, promotional messages, sectoral/skill-based pitching materials, and information on government support to specific businesses, in both conventional and online approaches, to proactively reach out to target talents;
(b) to assist in preparing the promotional content at HKTE’s online platform and conducting the regular updates;
(c) to assist in carrying out publicity and engagement plans with Hong Kong Economic and Trade Offices in the Mainland and overseas and work out suitable events and projects having regard to the characteristics of talent groups in different markets;
(d) to assist in liaising with consultants and service providers in delivering approved strategies on publicity, marketing and engagement and carry out contract management in the execution process;
(e) to assist in handling the administration matters of the Publicity and Marketing Section, including personnel, accommodation, office equipment, records management, accounts and finance, general enquiries and complaints; and
(f) to perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

入職條件
申請人在獲聘時必須是香港特別行政區永久性居民,並須–
(a) 持有香港任何一所大學頒發的學士學位,主修新聞學、公共關係、市場學、廣告或相關科目者優先,或具同等學歷;
(b) 在畢業後於企業傳訊、傳媒、公共關係、市場推廣、廣告、社交媒體或相關範疇具有2年或以上的相關全職工作經驗;
(c) 符合語文能力要求,在綜合招聘考試的兩張語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)中取得二級成績,或同等成績;
(註: 香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第5級或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科C級或以上的成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績;
香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考英語運用科C級或以上成績;或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科C級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。)
(d) 具有良好的人際及溝通技巧,中英文書寫能力優良,操流利粵語、普通話和英語;
(e) 具備製作及設計社交媒體內容方面的豐富知識及技能,包括精通相關電腦軟件應用,例如Illustrator、Photoshop、After Effects及Premiere Pro。

Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) at the time of appointment and should have –
(a) a Bachelor’s degree preferably in journalism, public relations, marketing, advertising or other related discipline from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
(b) a minimum of two years’ relevant full-time post-qualifications work experience in corporate communications, media, public relations, marketing, advertising, social media or related fields;
(c) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent;
(Note: Level 5 or above in Chinese Language of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE); or Grade C or above in Chinese Language and Culture or Chinese Language and Literature of the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE), are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the UC paper of the CRE;
Level 5 or above in English Language of the HKDSEE; or Grade C or above in Use of English of the HKALE; or Grade C or above in English Language of the General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level), are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the UE paper of the CRE.)
(d) good interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); and
(e) good knowledge and skills in creating and designing social media content, and proficiency in using computer software applications such as Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
