(i) supervising and managing a team of production crew; (ii) relaying instructions from executive producers / producers in the studios and production area; (iii) liaising and coordinating with executive producers / producers / guests / artists / engineering staff / production crew for studio or outside recording; (iv) checking lighting, sets and stage properties prior to studio or outside recording; (v) attending production meetings for various kinds of production, and follow up the matters discussed in the meetings with the parties concerned; (vi) operating Teleprompter System / Character Generator in studios & production area; (vii) following the clean-up of equipment and studios after recording; (viii) filling in the log of daily recording activities; (ix) drawing up schedules of TV studio usage and facilities by using central booking system; and (x) managing inventories and ensuring their proper maintenance. (Note: Required to work irregular hours.)

Candidate should have – (a) Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language together with three other subjects at Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) / Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (See Notes 1 – 2); and 1 year’s experience in undertaking floor managing duties during studio/outside broadcast production or production support for TV/filming; AND (b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKCEE / HKDSEE, or equivalent (See Note 3) Candidates who possess - (i) sound knowledge of computer operations in Chinese Character input, Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint; (ii) basic knowledge of operation in Teleprompter System (Autocue) and software Character Generator (Dayang); and (iii) strong communication and interpersonal skills will have an advantage.
