職責
(a) 負責計劃、統籌、監管及發展中學和小學支援有讀寫困難的學生的服務;
(b) 領導團隊及統籌招募學校參加支援計劃的工作;並為已參加計劃的學校提供諮詢及培訓,協助學校人員發展資源以支援有讀寫困難的學生;
(c) 聯繫參與學校,統籌及舉辦全港性/地區性的活動,分享優良教學經驗;
(d) 與教育局同工協商,共同規劃支援有讀寫困難的學生的長遠發展;
(e) 協助組別主管評估計劃成效;
(f) 監督支援團隊內計劃主任(資源發展)的工作;以及
(g) 執行任何其他獲指派的職務。

(a) To oversee the planning, coordination, monitoring and development of support services for students with Specific Learning Difficulties in Reading and Writing (SpLD) in ordinary primary schools and secondary schools;
(b) To lead the support team and co-ordinate recruitment of schools, training and consultation to schools on the development of teaching resources to meet the needs of the students with SpLD;
(c) To co-ordinate and promote good practices for supporting students with SpLD on district and territory-wide levels;
(d) To work with Education Bureau officers on the strategic planning for the long-term implementation of support services for students with SpLD;
(e) To assist the section head to conduct evaluation of the support services;
(f) To supervise the work of Project Officers (Resource Development) of the support team; and
(g) Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Section Head.

入職條件
(a)持有香港所頒授的心理學學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(b)持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷;
(c)持有香港所頒授的教育心理學(專業訓練)碩士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(d)符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績,或具備同等成績[參閱註(i)];
(e)在取得上述(a)的資格後,具備6年相關工作經驗,而其中3年為取得上述 (c) 的資格後在教育場所擔任教育心理學家的經驗[參閱註(ii)];以及
(f)為香港心理學會教育心理學部或等同的國際認可教育心理專業團體的正式會員。

(e) After obtaining qualification (a) above, 6 years of relevant working experience of which 3 years as an Educational Psychologist (EP) in an educational setting after obtaining qualification (c) above [See Note (ii)]; and
(f) Have obtained full membership of the Division of Educational Psychology of the Hong Kong Psychological Society or an equivalent status in an internationally recognised professional organization of Educational Psychology.

入職條件(註)
(i) 政府在聘任時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
(ii) 於到任日前具備少於所述的6年相關工作經驗者亦可申請。如獲取錄,本局會按個別情況給予低於上述的入職薪酬。教育局會個別考慮申請人在教育場所以外擔任教育心理學家的工作經驗。
