職責
(1) 協助監察所有與屋宇管理有關事宜,以及維持中央郵件中心各項設施/機器的可用性;
(2) 協助定期巡查和檢查各項設施,評估是否有需要進行維修、翻新和改善;
(3) 根據香港特別行政區政府訂明的採購規例,就中央郵件中心運作所需,協助規劃及採購與設施管理相關的服務,包括清潔、保安、維修保養服務等;
(4) 根據合約條款督導及監察服務承辦商的表現,並確保他們的表現符合規定的水平;
(5) 協助採購與中央郵件中心屋宇及運作系統相關的設備和服務;
(6) 協助維持中央郵件中心各系統的安全標準,並提升工作間的職業安全及健康。

(1) To assist in overseeing all building management-related activities and upkeeping the serviceability of facilities/machines in the Central Mail Centre;
(2) To assist in conducting routine patrol and inspection on facilities to identify the need for maintenance, refurbishment and improvement;
(3) To assist in planning and procuring facilities management related activities which include cleansing, security and maintenance services, etc. for the operation of the Central Mail Centre in accordance with the prescribed procurement regulations of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;
(4) To supervise and monitor the performance of the service contractors in accordance with the contractual terms and to ensure that their performance meets the required standards;
(5) To assist in the procurement of equipment and services related to the building and operation systems in the Central Mail Centre; and
(6) To assist in maintaining the safety standard of the systems in the Central Mail Centre and enhancing occupational safety and health in the workplace.

入職條件
(1) 持有本港認可的物業管理/設施管理高級文憑/專業文憑/學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(2) 取得上述學歷資格後,累積不少於2年有關房屋/物業管理的工作經驗,如取得香港房屋經理學會、香港測量師學會物業設施管理組、或香港設施管理學會的會員資格更佳;
(3) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(2007年以前為「課程乙」)取得第2等級(2007年以前為「E級」)或以上成績,或同等成績;
(4) 具備良好的會話和書寫溝通能力,並熟悉電腦操作;
(5) 具備良好的組織、分析、人際、項目策劃/項目管理的技巧;
(6) 心思縝密,能獨立工作,積極主動,熱誠投入團隊工作;以及
(7) 擁有特定用途建築物的物業管理工作經驗者,可獲優先考慮。

(1) A recognised Hong Kong Higher Diploma/Professional Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Property Management/Facilities Management, or equivalent;
(2) A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification working experience in housing/property management, and preferably be a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing (HKIH), the Property and Facility Management Division of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) or the Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management (HKIFM);
(3) Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(4) Good verbal and written communication skills and high proficiency in computer usage;
(5) Good organisation, analytical, interpersonal, project planning/project management skills;
(6) Meticulous, able to work independently and demonstrates the qualities of a committed and self-motivated team player; and
(7) Preference will be given to candidates with property management experience on a purpose-built facility.
