To perform the following duties: (a) to examine future development strategies of the Community Investment and Inclusion Fund (CIIF); (b) to develop and plan funding schemes of CIIF; (c) to provide secretariat support to committee(s), sub-committee(s) and/or working group(s), including but not limited to drafting meeting papers and reports; (d) to provide executive support in office administration; and (e) to carry out any other duties as and when required.

Candidates should: (a) have a Hong Kong degree, or equivalent; (b) have at least 15 years’ post-degree full-time working experience in executive and/or administrative support positions in senior managerial level in government bureaux/departments, public bodies and non-governmental organisations. Relevant working eperience in the administration of funding schemes and/or office administration management will be an advantage [See Note (1)]; (c) be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, with Level 3 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (2)]; (d) have strong organizational power, planning and analytical ability; and have a strong sense of responsibility as well as the ability to work under pressure independently; (e) be able to communicate effectively (both written and spoken) with internal and external stakeholders at a senior level; and (f) have knowledge of computer software applications including MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
