- (a)啟動、規劃、指導及評估校本支援服務，以便推廣在不同的學習領域的課程發展措施及良好實踐經驗；
- (b)收集，綜合及構思良好實踐經驗，廣泛推廣至校本課程設計，教學法及考核範疇。通過教師學習社羣及組織不同的跨學習領域課題的工作小組，並有效地利用及提升網絡平台以推廣相關的工作經驗；
- (c)與本局其他組別協作，指導研究，報告及提議有關課程發展措施；以及
- (d)領導中學校本課程發展組，以及監督組內的行政、財務和人事事宜，以確保該組運作暢順。

職責
- (a)To initiate, plan, direct and evaluate school-based support services to schools with an aim to promoting and disseminating effective curriculum development measures and good practices in different key learning areas and cross-curricular initiatives;
- (b)To collect, consolidate and conceptualize good practices of school-based curriculum designs, pedagogies and assessments for wider dissemination. To generate knowledge at different levels through building teacher learning communities and setting up task forces among officers on important cross-Key Learning Area themes. To utilize and enhance the on-line platform for effective dissemination;
- (c)To review, report and recommend curriculum development measures in collaboration with other sections of the Bureau; and
- (d)To lead the School-based Curriculum Development (Secondary) Section and oversee all administrative, financial and personnel matters to ensure its smooth operation.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷 [見註2]；
- (b)持有本港專上教育機構頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷；
- (c)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科獲第2級或以上成績和英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績，或具備同等成績[見註3]；
- (d)具有不少於12年教學，課程發展，校本支援，學校發展推廣及/或教育管理領域的經驗;如申請人具備管理階層的實際經驗，可獲優先考慮；
- (e)掌握良好的溝通及人際技巧；以及
- (f)如申請人對通識教育或數學教育、個人、社會、及人文教育或科學教育的學習領域有豐富知識及經驗，可獲優先考慮。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree or equivalent (See Note 2);
- (b)A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution or equivalent;
- (c)Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and Level 3 or above in English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (See Note 3);
- (d)At least 12 years' relevant experience in teaching, curriculum development, school-based support, promoting school's development and / or educational administration, solid experience at the managerial level will be an advantage;
- (e)Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills; and
- (f)Preference will be given to candidates with strong background and experience in Liberal Studies or key learning areas of Mathematics Education, Personal, Social and Humanities Education or Science Education.
