職責
(1) 檢視現行業務及系統運作流程並加以改良,以支援綜合學生資助系統(新系統)的推行;
(2) 從不同的業務組別收集用戶需求,並加以綜合協調以便推行新系統;
(3) 研習並熟悉現有電腦系統及相關的資助計劃,在參考這些系統及用戶需求後,於系統分析和設計期間,草擬新系統的功能需求;
(4) 對新系統的成品執行品質控制,例如擬備用戶驗收測試計劃及後備方案,進行用戶驗收測試、系統綜合測試、負載測試、運作復原測試、文件檢視、進度監察等;
(5) 成為不同業務組別與資訊科技發展商之間的橋樑,協調各業務組別以確保其業務需求得以實現;及
(6) 作為變革管理組的成員,草擬並執行學資處架構重組的計劃。
(1) To review the existing business operation procedures and design the to-be procedures, both operational and system workflow, to support the implementation of the Integrated Student Financial Assistance System (ISFAST);
(2) To coordinate and consolidate user requirements from different user divisions for implementation of the ISFAST;
(3) To familiarize with the existing computer systems and various financial assistance schemes and, by referencing the systems and user requirements, draft the functional requirements for ISFAST during the System Analysis and Design Stage;
(4) To perform quality control on the deliverables of system implementation, including preparation of user acceptance test plans and contingency plans, conducting of user acceptance test, system integration test, load test, disaster recovery drill test, documentation reviews and progress monitoring;
(5) To act as the bridge between user divisions and IT developers and collaborate with relevant divisions to ensure business requirements are met; and
(6) To devise and manage the detailed organisation re-structuring plan as member of the Change Management Team.
入職條件
申請人須
(1) 持有本地頒授的學位或同等學歷;
(2) 於取得上述學歷後有最少五年全職工作經驗及良好工作記錄,並具備不少於兩年擔任業務單位與資訊科技服務提供者之間聯絡人的經驗,職責包括將業務需求轉化成系統要求以便設計、推行、改善及持續支援系統之用,並協調各業務用戶進行品質控制及成品覆檢;
(3) 精通中文及英語,並掌握良好的溝通技巧;
(4) 具備良好電腦應用知識;以及
(5) 具客戶服務觸覺、責任感和積極進取。
Candidates should
(1) hold a local degree or equivalent;
(2) have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification full-time working experience with good job records, with at least 2 years of experience as a liaison officer between business units and technology teams, transcribing business requirements to system requirements for system design, implementation, enhancement and on-going support, and coordinating with business users to perform quality control and review on the system deliverables;
(3) be proficient in Chinese and English and have effective communication skills;
(4) have good computer knowledge; and
(5) possess strong customer service mind and sense of responsibility and be self-motivated.
