職責
培訓主任須協助落實部門的培訓及發展政策的新措施,以及為部門的人力資源管理提供支援。受聘人士將在高級統計師的指導下執行以下的主要職務:
(a) 協助制定及推行部門的培訓策略、政策、指引;以及員工培訓資助計劃;
(b) 協助選取培訓顧問服務及物色合適的培訓項目,以切合部門的需要和發展;
(c) 為部門各職系同事設計和進行有關管理、語文及溝通等培訓項目,以及籌劃/更新培訓材料及教材;
(d) 進行培訓需求的分析,籌劃為部門各職系同事而設的培訓計劃,評估培訓效益,以及監管培訓項目財政預算的有效運用;
(e) 協助監管部門培訓演講室設備的購置及物資管理;以及
(f) 分析與培訓相關的數據,編製培訓統計數字/報告以及人力資源管理報告,並為人力資源管理相關事務或項目提供適當支援。
The Training Executive is to assist in implementing new initiatives of the departmental training and development policies as well as to provide support to the human resources management of the Department. He/She is required to perform mainly the following duties under the guidance of a Senior Statistician:
(a) To assist in the formulation and administration of departmental training strategies, policies, guidelines, and training sponsorship schemes for staff;
(b) To assist in acquiring training consultancy services and identifying suitable training programmes in support of departmental needs and development;
(c) To design and deliver training programmes on management, language and communication, etc. for various grades of staff and prepare/update training materials and teaching handouts;
(d) To conduct analyses on training needs, prepare training plans for various grades of staff, evaluate training outcomes and effectiveness, and monitor the training budget to ensure its effective utilisation;
(e) To assist in managing procurement and inventory of the facilities in the Training Room; and
(f) To conduct analyses on training related data, compile training statistics/ reports and human resources management reports, and provide the necessary support on matters or projects related to human resources management as appropriate.
入職條件
申請人必須符合以下條件–
(a) 持有本港大學頒授的學位,或同等學歷;
(b) 在取得有關學歷後,具備四年全職從事有關行政/管理/培訓(包括關於一般管理、人力資源管理、語文、溝通等方面的培訓)工作的經驗,或具備發展及管理網上學習系統以及與人力資源相關的資訊科技系統的經驗;以及
(c) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績,或同等成績。
具備資訊科技知識及普通話技能會更佳。
Candidates should have –
(a) a degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
(b) 4 years’ post-qualification full-time experience in relevant administrative/ management/training work (including training on general management, human resources management, language, communication, etc.), or experience in developing and maintaining e-learning systems and human resources information technology-related systems; and
(c) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent.
Possession of knowledge of information technology and Putonghua skills will be an added advantage.

(1) 申請人在截止申請日期仍未具備所需資格,則被視作未能符合入職條件。
(2) 政府在聘任時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)E級成績,在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
