職責
(a) 提供一般辦公室的文書支援服務,包括存檔、採購和協調建築維修等;
(b) 執行財務及人事相關事宜;
(c) 處理電郵、檔案及其他文件;
(d) 處理公眾查詢及提供顧客服務;
(e) 執行一般打字工作及電腦資料處理工作;
(f) 分類及整理檔案,查點部門物資;及按需要搬移檔案和部門物資;及
(g) 執行高級人員指派的其他文書工作。
(a) providing general clerical support to the office, including filing, procurement of stores/services, coordinating building maintenance etc.
(b) performing finance and personnel related matters;
(c) handling mails, files and other documents;
(d) answering public enquiries and performing customer services/counter duties;
(e) performing general typing and data processing duties;
(f) labeling and packing files, checking of stores and inventory; and relocating files and stores when required; and
(g) performing other clerical duties as assigned by senior officers.
入職條件
申請人須具備以下條件-
(a) 在香港中學會考取得五科成績達第2等級(2007年前的E級)或以上,包括中國語文科、英國語文科(2007年前的課程乙)及數學科,或具備同等學歷;
(b) 熟悉中文及英文打字;
(c) 精通電腦軟件應用,包括MS Word,Excel 及PowerPoint;
(d) 最少四年相關工作經驗;具備政府機構工作經驗者將獲優先考慮; 及
(e) 能操流利廣東話及英語。
(合適的應徵者或須接受打字,電腦軟件使用及技能測試)
Candidates should -
(a) have attained Level 2 (‘Grade E’ before 2007) or above in five subjects, including Chinese, English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007) and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(b) be proficient in Chinese and English typing.
(c) have good knowledge in computer applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
(d) have at least four years’ relevant working experience. Relevant experience in Government will be an advantage; and
(e) be fluent in spoken Cantonese and English.
(Shortlisted candidates may be required to attend a typing, computer applications and trade test.)
