主要職責是協助執行以下工作-
- (1)管理文化場地及體育館，並為主要圖書館及博物館提供管理支援；
- (2)籌辦及推廣文娛節目／藝術節；及
- (3)督導及管理員工。
註：
需輪班及不定時工作，包括於晚上、週末及公眾假期當值。
職責
Mainly deployed on assisting in –
- (a)running cultural venues and indoor stadia, providing management support to major libraries and museums;
- (b)organizing and promoting cultural and entertainment programmes/festivals; and
- (c)supervision and management of staff.
Note:
Required to work shifts and irregular hours including evenings, weekends and Public Holidays.
入職條件
申請人須-
- (1)持有香港任何一所大學頒發的學士學位，或具同等學歷；
- (2)在取得有關學歷後，擁有最少一年全職工作經驗；
- (3)符合語文能力要求，即在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)中取得「二級」成績，或具同等成績；及
- (4)操流利英語及廣東話。
Candidates should –
- (a)have a bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
- (b)have at least 1 year’s full-time post-qualification working experience;
- (c)meet the language proficiency requirements of ‘Level 2’ in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent; and
- (d)be fluent in spoken English and Cantonese.
入職條件(註)
- (i)申請人須於申請表上清楚填寫全部就業情況、學歷及在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷(中文運用和英文運用)的成績。申請人如未能提供所需的所有資料，或所填寫的資料未能清楚顯示申請人符合上述入職條件，其申請可不獲考慮。
- (ii)申請人所有資歷以截止申請日期或之前為準，截止申請日期後 所獲得的資歷將不獲考慮。
- (iii)申請人如獲邀參加遴選面試，必須提交有關修業成績、證書、綜合招聘考試成績及全職工作經驗證明文件正本以供核實其資格，並須提供副本以作記錄。申請人如未能提交所需文件正本以供核實其資格，其申請將不獲考慮。
- (iv)綜合招聘考試的中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為二級、一級或不及格，並以二級為最高等級。
- (v)香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第5級或以上成績；或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科C級或以上的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績；或香港高級程度會考英語運用科C級或以上成績;或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科C級或以上成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。
- (vi)在International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績的人士，在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日有效。
