職責
執行下述職務,為香港海運港口局提供支援 —
(a) 擬訂和執行綜合公共關係及傳訊策略,以推動香港的海運及船運業、宣傳和推廣香港作為國際海運中心和經營海運業務首選地點的優勢、促進港口及海運服務的多元和專業發展,以及提高公眾對物流、海運及港口業的認識;
(b) 通過擬訂和推行有效的傳訊及品牌建立的策略,推廣和提升香港海運港口局的品牌;
(c) 物色社區組織、關注團體、公共機構、本地及非本地業界組織、教育院校、企業,以及其他與海運業相關的持份者,與其發展和建立對外關係;
(d) 積極在各種傳統、數碼及社交媒體,編寫內容,並擬備優質、經深入研究和妥善編排的產品及宣傳資料,包括宣傳文稿、新聞稿、刊物、網上/社交媒體資料、報告、通訊、簡報等;
(e) 擬訂和管理香港海運港口局的網站策略,提升網站質素,同時亦籌劃和管理多個微型網站的內容;
(f) 就與香港海運港口局職權範圍有關的推廣及公共關係的項目和活動,與政府政策局/部門、外間機構及其他相關各方合作;
(g) 領導和管理工作小組,策劃、制訂、擬訂和推出策略,以及開展宣傳運動、活動、計劃及訪問,以促進業界發展;
(h) 提供秘書處支援服務和處理公眾/傳媒查詢;以及
(i) 執行上級指派的其他職務及職責。
(註: 可能須因應工作需要而不定時工作及/或離港公幹。)
To provide support to the Hong Kong Maritime and Port Board (HKMPB) by performing the following duties-
(a) develop and execute integrated public relations and communications strategies to promote the maritime and shipping industry of Hong Kong, Hong Kong’s strengths as an international maritime centre and a preferred base for operating maritime business, foster interest and professionalism in various port and maritime services, and raise public awareness of the logistics, maritime and port industries;
(b) promote and enhance the brand of HKMPB through the development and implementation of effective communications and brand-building strategies;
(c) identify, develop and establish external relationships with the community, interest groups, public bodies, local and non-local industry organisations, education institutions, enterprises, and other maritime-related stakeholders;
(d) proactively create content as well as develop high quality, well researched and well written products and promotional materials including advertorials, press releases, publications, online/social media materials, reports, newsletters, briefings, etc. in a variety of traditional, digital and social media;
(e) develop and manage the website strategy of HKMPB to upgrade the website whilst planning and managing contents of various microsites;
(f) co-operate with government bureaux/departments, external organisations and other relevant parties on promotional and public relations projects and events pertaining to the scope of HKMPB;
(g) lead and manage a small team to plan, formulate, develop and deliver strategies and execute publicity campaigns, events, programmes and visits to promote industry development;
(h) provide secretariat support and handle public/media enquiries; and
(i) other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
(Note : May be required to work irregular hours having regard to operational needs and/or attend duty trips outside Hong Kong.)
入職條件
(a) 持有認可的本港學士學位,或具備同等學歷,曾修讀傳播學、市場學、工商管理、公共關係、新聞學或其他相關學科者可獲優先考慮;
(b) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲“第3級”或以上成績(註1),或具備同等學歷;
(c) 取得有關學歷後,累積至少十年在具規模的公司、非政府機構、公共關係機構或政府部門從事與機構傳訊、公共關係、媒體管理或活動管理相關的全職工作經驗,其中五年在大型機構位居管理階層,負責執行策略,以及管理多個宣傳及推廣運動/項目(註2);
(d) 能深入理解本港的社會及經濟環境;
(e) 具備擬訂和執行綜合公共關係及傳訊策略(包括利用網站、數碼及社交媒體)的豐富經驗;
(f) 具備良好的人際技巧,並與本地及/或國際媒體建立了聯繫;
(g) 具備出色的表達技巧、領導才能及項目管理技巧,並有能力處理多項工作、妥善釐訂工作優次、承受工作壓力、按照緊迫的時限完成工作,以及接受新挑戰;
(h) 具備管理小組和與小組成員合作的多方面才能及幹勁,能獨立工作和與小組成員合作;
(i) 有把握管理和應對緊急專責職務及要求;
(j) 中、英文講寫能力俱佳;
(k) 具備良好電腦應用知識,包括MS Office及中文文書處理;以及
(l) 通曉普通話者尤佳。
(a) Possess a recognised Hong Kong bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Journalism or other related disciplines;
(b) Have attained “Level 3” or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 1), or equivalent;
(c) Have a minimum of ten years’ relevant full-time post-qualification working experience in corporate communications, public relations, media management or event management in sizeable corporations, non-government organisations, public relations agencies or government departments, of which five years at senior level executing strategies and managing multiple publicity and promotional campaigns/projects in a large organisation (Note 2);
(d) Possess good appreciation of the social and economic environment of Hong Kong;
(e) Possess rich experience in developing and executing integrated public relations and communications strategies including the use of websites, digital and social media;
(f) Have good interpersonal skills and established connections with local and/or international media;
(g) Possess excellent presentation skills to all levels, strong leadership skills and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to multi-task, set proper priorities, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and new challenges;
(h) Possess all-round skills and strong personal drive to manage and work with a small team, ability to work independently as well as collaboratively for teamwork;
(i) Possess necessary confidence to manage and respond to urgent ad hoc tasks and requests;
(j) Be fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English;
(k) Be proficient in computer knowledge and skills, including MS Office and Chinese word processing; and
(l) Preferably possess a good command of Putonghua.

註1: 過往的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)“C”級成績,在行政上視為等同2007年及之後的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科“第3級”成績。
註2: 申請人必須另於履歷表上述明在取得有關學歷後所具備的相關工作經驗及性質。
