農場管理監督的主要職責包括：
- (a)監督本地農場生產安全作物的措施和農場檢查；
- (b)安排、監督及進行田間取樣、食物安全測試，以及就測試相關事項與其他持份者進行聯繫；
- (c)處理查詢和投訴，就本地農場發生的食物安全事故進行調查，及採取跟進行動；
- (d)規劃並執行關於作物農場的調查；
- (e)就生產安全作物籌劃宣傳及指導活動；
- (f)協助分配人手和資源，以加強農場調查工作；
- (g)管理農場調查的統計數據和資料；及
- (h)執行上級派遣的任何其他職務。
職責
A Farm Management Supervisor is mainly deployed on
- (a)overseeing implementation of on-farm crop safety measures and farm inspections;
- (b)arranging, supervising and conducting field sampling, food safety tests and liaising on related matters;
- (c)handling enquires, complaints and carrying out investigation and follow-up actions on food safety issues at local farms;
- (d)planning and implementing field survey related to crop farms;
- (e)organising advisory and publicity programme on production of safe crop;
- (f)assisting in organising manpower and resources for stepping up farm surveillance;
- (g)managing a database for farm surveillance; and
- (h)performing any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
入職條件
申請人必須
- (a)持有本港大學所頒發的應用或自然科學／農業／農業經濟學／經濟學／地理／統計學或相關科目的學士學位，或具同等學歷；
- (b)取得大學學位後，至少六年相關工作經驗；及(c)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科達第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績。
(附註：
- (1)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) E級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
- (2)申請人必須熟悉常用電腦軟件如MS Word、MS PowerPoint、MS Excel及中文輸入法。)
A qualified candidate should have
- (a)a Bachelor’s degree in Applied or Natural Science / Agriculture / Agricultural Economics / Economics / Geography / Statistics or a related subject from a Hong Kong University or equivalent;
- (b)at least six years’ full-time post-degree relevant working experience; and
- (c)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent.
Note:
(1) ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth. (2) The candidate should be conversant with computer software including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and Chinese characters input.
