職責
(a) 監督丶協調及提供廣泛的行政和支援服務,以執行與物業 / 大廈管理相關的項目 / 計劃 / 措施;
(b) 策劃丶執行和維持持份者參與計劃,讓各持份者或有關行業代表交換意見和進行宣傳,以及與個別人士或客戶進行日常聯絡;
(c) 進行法律或獨立的背景研究,並徵詢其他學科和政府部門的專業人士和諮詢機構的意見;
(d) 履行董事會和委員會的有關職責,包括擬備文件丶報告丶案件丶摘要丶建議書等;及
(e) 執行其他獲指派的職務。
(a) To oversee, coordinate and provide a wide range of administration and support services to the implementation of projects/ schemes/ initiatives relating to property / building management;
(b) To plan, carry out and maintain engagement programme for the stakeholders or relevant trade representatives for exchange of views and publicity as well as daily liaison with individual parties or clients;
(c) To conduct legal or independent background research and seek the advice of professionals and advisory bodies in other disciplines as well as government departments;
(d) To discharge boards and committees related duties, including the preparation of papers, reports, cases, briefs, submissions, etc; and
(e) To perform any other relevant duties as assigned by seniors.
入職條件
申請人須-
(a) 持有本地認可大學頒授的學位(或同等學歷),如具備法律相關的專業資格和培訓將優先考慮;
(b) 取得有關學歷後,累積至少20年於行政、計劃行政或項目 / 活動管理方面的工作經驗;
(c) 有優秀中文及英文的書寫及會話能力;
(d) 具備良好電腦應用知識;及
(e) 申請者如有政府 / 公營部門經驗和/或物業 / 大廈管理相關經驗將優先考慮。
Candidates should
(a) possess a recognised Hong Kong degree (or equivalent), preferably with legal-related qualification and training;
(b) have a minimum of 20 years of post-qualification work experience in administration, scheme administration or project / event management;
(c) excellent command of Chinese and English, both written and spoken;
(d) good computer knowledge; and
(e) preference will be given to applicants with experience in government / public sector and / or relevant experience in property / building management.
