- (1)統籌及策劃2019鄉郊代表一般選舉的推展工作；
- (2)就選舉物資的物流安排制定整體策略及工作方針；
- (3)為投票站、專用投票站、點票站及選票分流站制定運作模式、指引、表格及告示；
- (4)招募及編配選舉工作人員及安排發放酬金；
- (5)與各政府部門及鄉郊社區聯絡；
- (6)領導及監督由合約項目統籌主任、合約行政助理及合約項目助理組成的工作小組；以及
- (7)在有需要時執行其他職務。

Contract Project Manager (Rural Representative Elections)
月薪港幣$82,425元
職責
- (1)To oversee and coordinate the implementation of 2019 Rural Ordinary Election;
- (2)To work out overall strategies and draw up work plans for the logistics arrangements of election-related materials;
- (3)To draw up modus operandi, guidelines, forms and notices for the operation of the polling stations, dedicated polling stations, counting stations as well as the Ballot Paper Sorting Station;
- (4)To recruit and deploy electoral staff as well as to arrange the payment of honoraria;
- (5)To liaise with various Government departments and rural communities;
- (6)To supervise a team comprising of Project Coordinator, Executive Assistants and Project Assistants and to oversee the operation of the team; and
- (7)To undertake any other duties as required.
入職條件
- (1)持有本港所頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
- (2)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績，或具同等學歷[參閱註]；
- (3)具備項目籌劃、合約管理、採購及招標管理的專業知識；
- (4)在取得有關學歷後，具備最少十年任職節目統籌及公共關係職位的經驗。有籌劃及舉行公共選舉經驗的申請人可獲優先考慮；及
- (5)具備與非政府和地方團體及公眾的溝通和人際技巧。
- (1)A bachelor degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent;
- (2)Met the language proficiency requirement of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [ see Note];
- (3)Knowledge and expertise in the field of planning of non-works projects, contract management, procurement and tender management;
- (4)Minimum 10 years of post-qualification working experience in event organisation and public relations. Preference will be given to applicants with relevant experience in planning and conducting public elections; and
- (5)Communication and interpersonal skills in interface with a wide spectrum of non-government and local community organisations and the public.
