職責
(a)協助發展升級版的學生評估網上資源庫(STAR)及網上學與教支援(WLTS),其中包括發展及校對中文科的評估題目及學與教資源套;
(b)執行先導計劃,在第一學習階段至第三學習階段的中文科推廣「促進學習的評估」、「作為學習的評估」、以及STAR、WLTS的應用,其中包括聯絡及協調先導學校的教師,收集他們就評估題目設計、STAR及WLTS的使用意見和建議,以培育學生進行自主學習;
(c)協助為參與2017基本能力評估研究計劃(研究計劃)學校提供專業支援措施,包括與大專院校及研究計劃的參與學校合作;
(d)提供支援,跟進基本能力評估及評估素養統籌委員會就提升評估素養的建議,作為全港性系統評估檢討的一部分;就研究計劃提供支援,從而推廣「促進學習的評估」及「作為學習的評估」;
(e)協助籌辦公眾教育及專業發展活動,包括在講座和工作坊推廣如何運用平台促進自主學習及分享參與研究計劃學校的良好經驗和對平台及評估題目的意見;以及
(f)進行其他被委派的工作事項。
(a) To assist in the development of the enhanced Student Assessment Repository (STAR) platform and Web-based Learning and Teaching Support (WLTS), including developing and calibrating assessments items and learning and teaching packages for Chinese Language;
(b) To implement a pilot scheme in promoting assessment for learning and assessment as learning in the subjects of Chinese Language from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 3 as well as promoting the use of STAR and WLTS, including liaising and coordinating with relevant subject teachers of the pilot schools, soliciting their views and suggestions on the design of the assessment items and the use of STAR and WLTS, with a view of educating our students to become self-directed learners;
(c) To assist in providing the professional support measures to participating schools of the 2017 Basic Competency Assessment Research Study (Research Study), including the collaboration between tertiary institutes and schools participating in the Research Study;
(d) To provide support in the following up of the recommendation of the Coordinating Committee on Basic Competency Assessment and Assessment Literacy on assessment literacy as part of the review of the Territory-wide System Assessment (TSA) and the Research Study with respect to assessment for learning and assessment as learning;
(e) To assist in conducting public education and professional development programmes including seminars and workshops for teachers on the use of the platform to promote self-directed learning and experience-sharing sessions on disseminating pilot schools' feedback on the assessment items and the platform as well as the good practices observed; and
(f) To perform any other duties as assigned.
入職條件
(a) 持有本港所頒授主修中文的學士學位或主修中文的教育學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(b) 持有由香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷;
(c) 在取得學位後,具有不少於6年教學及/或課程發展的經驗,當中包括不少於4年的中學教學及/或課程發展經驗。如具備至少4年負責相關督導工作的經驗者優先;以及
(d) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績[註],或具備同等成績。
[備註 : 如擁有:(a)良好的溝通及人際關係技巧;及(b)良好的電腦應用知識及/或擁有以多媒體協助開發中、小學教學資源的經驗者優先。]
(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree majoring in Chinese Language or a Bachelor of Education degree majoring in Chinese Language, or equivalent;
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
(c) At least 6 years' post-degree experience in teaching and/or curriculum development, of which at least 4 years should be at secondary school level. Preference will be given to candidates who have 4 or more years of experience at relevant supervisory level; and
(d) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and Level 2 or above in English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent.
[Remarks: Preference will be given to candidates with (a) Good communication and interpersonal skill; and (b) Good computer skills, and/or knowledge and experience in teaching resources development at primary and/or secondary levels by using multi-media means.]
入職條件(註)
政府在聘任時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
