- (i)支援金融科技小組收集、檢視和查核有關本地、內地及海外贊助活動的建議方案；
- (ii)協助商議及制訂贊助活動的具體計劃及預算，並定期與活動主辦者跟進聯絡，以確保贊助條款能夠履行及主要表現指標得以達標；
- (iii)聯繫香港及海外不同的持份者及合作伙伴，以統籌及執行合辦的贊助活動；
- (iv)與不同的活動主辦者及服務供應商保持緊密聯繫，以確保投資推廣署所主辦或贊助的金融科技活動能夠順利進行；
- (v)負責統籌現場登記／活動管理／後勤事宜；及
- (vi)撰寫活動後評估報告及結帳。

月薪 : 港幣42,410元
職責
- (i)To support the Fintech Team to gather, review and conduct due diligence check for proposals relating to local, mainland and overseas sponsored events;
- (ii)To assist in the negotiation of packages of sponsored events and follow up with the event organisers to ensure the sponsorship terms and Key Performance Indicators have been fulfilled;
- (iii)To help coordinate with different stakeholders and partners in Hong Kong and overseas in planning and executing joint sponsored events;
- (iv)To coordinate with different event organisers and service vendors to ensure the smooth on-site operation of Fintech events hosted or sponsored by InvestHK;
- (v)To coordinate on-site registration/event management/ logistic; and
- (vi)To prepare post-event evaluation reports and settle payments.
入職條件
- (a)持有香港任何一所大學頒授的學士學位或同等學歷，主修新聞、市場推廣、語文、傳訊或相關科目優先；
- (b)符合語文能力的要求，即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷（中文運用及英文運用）取得二級成績，或具備同等成績 [見註(a)至(c)]；
- (c)具備最少五年與市場推廣及傳訊、公關或活動統籌相關的工作經驗；
- (d)擁有豐富的電腦軟件應用知識，包括Microsoft Word、 Excel、 PowerPoint、Lotus Notes 及中文文書處理；能夠運用平面設計軟件者優先；
- (e)對金融科技及初創企業生態系統及金融服務有相當認識、曾在金融科技行業工作、具有投資推廣或推動經濟經驗者獲優先考慮；及
- (f)必須操流利英語、粵語及普通話。通曉其他語言如日語、法語或德語更佳。
- (a)A bachelor degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent, preferably in journalism, marketing, languages, communications or a related field;
- (b)Meet the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent (see Note
- (a)to (c));
- (c)Minimum five years of relevant experience in marketing and communications, public relations, or event management;
- (d)Good knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes and Chinese word processing; some knowledge of graphic design software applications is preferred;
- (e)Knowledge of Fintech and startup ecosystems and financial services and experience in working with or in the Fintech community, investment promotion or economic development will be an advantage; and
- (f)Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a must. Proficiency in another language such as Japanese, French or German will be an advantage.

- (b)香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科C級或以上的成績會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績。香港高級程度會考英語運用科或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科C級或以上的成績會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。
- (c)在 International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績的人士，在 IELTS 考試成績的兩年有效期內，其IELTS成績可獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。IELTS 考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日仍然有效。
