職責
(a) 協助主管推行和推廣少數族裔的支援服務;
(b) 協助主管到學校和其他機構舉行講座/介紹;
(c) 協助主管推行有關種族關係的宣傳/教育項目,例如籌辦展覽以介紹不同少數族裔的文化;
(d) 協助主管印製以南亞語文和東南亞語文編寫的刋物;
(e) 協助主管執行一般文書職務(存檔、檔案記錄、打字、影印、收發服務、安排運輸等);以及
(f) 履行由民政事務總署的主管不時指派的其他職務。

(c) Assist in implementing publicity / education programmes, e.g. organising exhibitions to introduce cultures of different ethnic groups;
(d) Assist in the production of publications in ethnic minority languages;
(e) Provide general clerical support, e.g. filing, record-keeping, typing, photocopying, receipt and dispatch service, arranging transport etc.; and
(f) Undertake such additional tasks as the supervisor in the Home Affairs Department may direct from time to time.

入職條件
(a) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考五科考獲第2級/E級或以上成績,或具同等學歷;
(b) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考英國語文科考獲第2級/E級或以上成績,或具同等成績;
(c) 能操流利英語和粵語;
(d) 通曉以下最少一種香港常用的南亞/東南亞語言(例如印地語、尼泊爾語、烏爾都語或泰語)(能書寫相關語文會獲優先考慮);
(e) 具良好的人際技巧和溝通技巧;以及
(f) 熟悉電腦應用,例如英文和少數族裔語文文書處理、試算表和簡報程式。

(a) Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(b) Met the language proficiency requirement of Level 2 / Grade E or above in English Language in the HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;
(c) Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese;
(d) Good command of at least one of the following South / Southeast Asian languages that is widely spoken in Hong Kong (such as Hindi, Nepali, Urdu or Thai) in spoken form (ability to write the related language will be an advantage);
(e) Good interpersonal and communication skills; and
(f) Sound knowledge of computer applications such as word processing in English and minority languages, spreadsheet and presentation.
