1. To assist in conducting research and preparing research papers on public policies;
2. To assist in managing social media platform;
3. To assist in preparing articles such as blogs, briefs, speeches and other publicity materials;
4. To assist in liaising with Government bureaux/ departments, community organisations, and other stakeholders, as appropriate;
5. To assist in overseeing the relevant planning, coordination, administrative matters, etc and
6. To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Candidates should have-

(a) a bachelor degree in social sciences, communication, public administration or business administration from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(b) at least 2 years of full-time post-qualification working experience in social media, policy research, public relations, corporate management or marketing with good track records ; [See Note (1)]
(c) good communication and presentation skills;
(d) good knowledge in social media platform and proficient in using research tools; and
(e) good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with Level 3 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (2) ].
