(a) To be in charge of collecting and analysing views from different stakeholders and the public on further promotion of home-school cooperation and parent education and conduct critical evaluation;
(b) To be in charge of formulating plans and taking forward recommendations by the Task Force on Home-school Cooperation and Parent Education;
(c) To be in charge of planning promotion strategies and stepping up the publicity measures to promote the parent education website 'Smart Parent Net' and disseminate the key messages on parent education;
(d) To collaborate with other parties including various EDB divisions/sections, other government departments, tertiary education institutes and non-government organizations to foster parent education;
(e) To organise programmes and activities to promote home-school cooperation and parent education; and
(f) Any assigned duties related to home-school cooperation and parent education.

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent;
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
(c) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (See Note);
(d) At least 7 years' relevant post-degree working experience;
(e) Ability to work under pressure;
(f) Good interpersonal and organisational skills; and
(g) Experience in production of videos and/or multi-media programme or monitoring of video production (such as leading Campus TV in schools) preferred.
