職責
(a) 協助處理活動邀請和禮節性拜訪要求，包括對外聯繫活動主辦機構和其他組織，以及就官方場合及活動進行內部統籌協調和提供後勤支援，並採取所需的跟進行動；
(b) 建立和維持一個有關活動邀請的綜合資料庫；以及
(c) 執行食物及衞生局局長辦公室指派的任何其他職務。

(a) To assist in handling event invitations and courtesy call requests, including external liaison with event organisers and other organisations, and internal coordination to provide logistic support for official functions and events, and to undertake necessary follow-up actions;

入職條件
申請人須：–
(a) 持有本港大學所頒授的學士學位，或具同等學歷；
(b) 在香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試的中國語文科及英國語文科(2007年以前課程乙)成績至少達第3等級，或具同等學歷（註1）；以及
(c) 在取得上述學歷後，具備至少十五年全職工作經驗，其中十年須在政府任職(尤以在政府決策局任職為佳)，並在聯繫諮詢和法定組織／非政府機構／專業團體／政黨、宣傳及／或涉及不同內部和外間機構的項目統籌事宜方面具備至少五年的深厚工作經驗（註2）。

(b) Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent (Note 1); and
(c) at least 15 years of full time post-degree working experience, 10 years of which should be service in the Government (preferably in government bureaux) with not less than five years’ solid working experience in liaising with advisory and statutory bodies/non-governmental organisations/professional bodies/political parties, publicity and/or project coordination involving multiple internal and external parties (Note 2).
