職責
(1)處理顧客的電話、電郵或書面查詢/投訴;
(2)與海外郵政機關聯絡,回覆查詢;
(3)轉介查詢/投訴予相關組別;
(4)處理並分析數據;及
(5)執行其他由上司委派之工作。
工作地點:
堅尼地城(實際工作地點將由香港郵政按運作需要作出安排)

每週工作六天共48小時,須輪班工作。
星期一至六以下時段內任何8-9小時 (包括1小時膳食時間):
-星期一至五:上午8時45分至晚上7時
-星期六:上午8時45分至下午5時

(2)To liaise with overseas postal administrations and answer enquiries;
(3)To transfer enquiries/complaints to the relevant sections;
(4)To process and analyze data; and
(5)To undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Location of Work:Kennedy Town (The actual location of work assigned is subject to the operational need of Hongkong Post.)

入職條件
(1) (i) 在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等(註1)或以上成績(註2),或具同等學歷;或
(ii) 香港中學會考五科考獲第2級(註3)/E級或以上成績(註2),或具同等學歷;及
(2) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級(註3)或以上成績,或具同等學歷。
(3) 熟悉電腦操作及應用軟件,包括Word、Excel及PowerPoint;
(4) 英文打字每分鐘字數宜達30或以上,中文打字每分鐘字數宜達15或以上,並須用倉頡/速成輸入法(參加面試的應徵者須接受英文寫作,電腦技能及打字速度測試);
(5) 能操流利英語及廣東話,宜通曉普通話;
(6) 具一年或以上客戶服務經驗者優先考慮;
(7) 積極進取,具耐性、自發性及良好團隊精神;及
(8) 擁有良好溝通技巧及善於解決問題,並能在壓力下完成工作。

(ii) Level 2 (Note 3) / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; and
(2) Level 2 (Note 3) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent.
(3) Be familiar with computer operations and software like Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.;
(4) Preferably have a minimum typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English and 15 c.p.m. in Chinese using Cangjie (倉頡) / Simplified Cangjie (速成) Chinese input method (Applicants attending the selection interviews are required to take the computer test and typing test.) ;
(5) Be fluent in English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage;
(6) One year’s (or above) post-qualification working experience in customer service field an advantage;
(7) Be proactive, self-motivated, patient and a good team player; and
(8) Good interpersonal and problem solving skills and could perform well under highly-stressed environment.
