Project Coordination Manager (Mechanical) is mainly responsible for the coordination of testing, commissioning, and subsequent taking over of new sewage treatment facilities at the Stonecutters Island Sewage Treatment Works and 8 Preliminary Treatment Works in North Point, Wan Chai, Central, Sandy Bay, Cyberport, Wah Fu, Aberdeen and Ap Lei Chau completed under the Harbour Area Treatment Scheme (HATS) Stage 2A Project.

(N.B: Successful candidates may be required to work irregular hours, shift and in remote sites in Hong Kong.)

Candidates should have –

• (a)a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Mechanical or Automobile or Marine Engineering from a Hong Kong polytechnic/polytechnic university or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education/ technical institute/technical college , or equivalent; or
• (b)completed a registered technician apprenticeship in Mechanical or Automobile or Marine Engineering;

and

• (c)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent (Note 1);
• (d)at least 10 years' post-qualification experience in sewage and sludge treatment industry.
