Assistant Project Manager (West Kowloon Cultural District)
月薪112,250 元
職責
(a) 提供工程策劃管理及建築方面的支援，監察透過公私營合作形式發展的西九文化區內的酒店/辦公室/住宅項目;
(b) 提供建築方面及技術層面的意見，包括介定項目要求，可行性研究，工程範圍，區域性規劃概念，設計原則，項目參數，成本和發展時間表等;
(c) 在公私營合作形式發展的項目，就聘用獨立專業顧問，採購和合約策略以及發展協議方面，提供專業意見;
(d) 在招標程序中，提供專業支援，並監控和督導透過公私營合作形式發展的項目的推行計劃;
(e) 協調透過公私營合作形式發展的項目與西九文化區內的設施及公共基礎設施之間的銜接事宜;
(f) 提供秘書和行政上的支援，執行任何由上司指派的其他職務。

(a) to provide project management and architectural support in monitoring the development of the hotel/office/residential portions in the West Kowloon Culture District by means of Public Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement;
(b) to provide architectural and technical advice on key matters relating to the PPP projects including project definition, feasibility, scope of works, district-wide planning themes, design principles, project parameters, cost and development programme, etc.;
(c) to give professional advice on the policy, procurement of the independent professional advisors, procurement and contract strategy and development agreements for the PPP projects;
(d) to provide professional support in facilitating the tendering process, monitoring and overseeing the implementation of the development of the PPP projects;
(e) to coordinate interfacing issues between PPP projects with other West Kowloon Cultural District facilities and public infrastructure;
(f) to provide secretarial and administrative support and other duties as required by senior officers.

入職條件
申請人必須：
(a) 為香港建築師學會的會員，或具備同等資格；以及為香港建築師註冊管理局的註冊建築師
(b) 在取得資格後至少有10年相關的全職工作經驗，當中最少要有3年是擔任管理職位，具有在香港推行混合型發展的相關工作經驗者佔優；
(c) 在香港中學文憑考試／香港中學會考中，中國語文科和英國語文科均考獲「第三級」或以上成績，或具同等學歷 (註)；
(d) 中英語文講寫能力俱佳；以及
(e) 具備極佳的策劃、組織、分析能力和人際技巧，並能在面對壓力的情況下獨立處事。

Applicants should –
(a) be Members of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, or equivalent; and Registered Architects of the Architects Registration Board of Hong Kong;
(b) have a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification full-time work experience, including at least 3 years of full-time work experience in managerial positions. Relevant work experience in delivering mixed type development in Hong Kong is an advantage;
(c) attained Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (Note);
(d) good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and
(e) strong planning, organisational, analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently under pressure.

入職條件(註)
在考慮聘任時，二零零七年以前香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)的「C級」成績，在行政上會視為等同於二零零七年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科的「第三級」成績。
