職責
(a)協助策劃具體的計劃及工具讓特殊教育需要統籌主任支援有特殊教育需要的學生;
(b)協助向學校推廣特殊教育需要統籌主任手冊內建議的有效策略;
(c)協助翻譯特殊教育需要統籌主任手冊、準備報告及其他相關文件,例如發放給學校的文件;
(d)協助籌辦分享會及網絡活動,並為活動安排後勤工作,如準備工作時間表及簡報等;
(e)協助與大學/培訓專家及其他部門協調,為特殊教育需要統籌主任提供專業培訓及支援;以及
(f)執行其他相關工作。

(a) To assist in devising specific plans and tools for Special Educational Needs Coordinators (SENCOs) in supporting students with special educational needs;
(b) To assist in disseminating the effective strategies as recommended in the SENCO Manual among schools;
(c) To assist in preparing the translation of SENCO Manual, prepare reports and other documents such as correspondence to schools, etc.;
(d) To assist in organising sharing sessions and network activities and making logistics arrangement, such as preparing the work schedules, PowerPoint presentation, etc.;
(e) To assist in the liaison with university/training expert and other sections for professional training and support for SENCOs; and
(f) To perform any other duties as assigned.

入職條件
(a)持有香港所頒授的學士學位,或具備同等學歷[參閱註1];
(b)持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷;
(c)符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績,或具備同等成績[參閱註2] ;
(d)取得學位後,具備不少於4年從事教學/教育行政經驗;
(e)(i)具備特殊教育需要學生發展支援項目的工作經驗者;及/或(ii)具備特殊教育訓練者可獲優先考慮;
(f)處事盡責、積極主動及對工作有熱誠;
(g)中、英文書寫及會話能力良好;
(h)熟悉電腦操作,包括文字處理及試算表等;
(i)具備良好的分析、組織及溝通能力;以及
(j)能夠獨立或與團隊合作,根據計劃的進度去籌劃、協調和執行相關的工作。

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent [See Note 1];
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
(c) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 [See Note 2] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(d) At least four years' relevant post-degree experience in teaching/educational administration;
(e) Preference will be given to candidates who have (i) proven experience of programme development related to supporting students with special educational needs; and/or (ii) relevant training in special education;
(f) Be responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic;
(g) Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
(h) Proficient in computer application, such as word-processing and spreadsheets, etc.;
(i) Good analytical, organisation and communication skills; and
(j) Able to work independently and as a team to meet requirements and schedule in planning, coordinating and implementing programmes.
