- (i)調查公眾對旅館、賓館、會所、卡拉OK場所、床位寓所和類似處所的投訴； <br>
- (ii)撰寫和編制調查報告和聲明書； <br>
- (iii)籌劃和處理檢控案件，包括收集現場證據，證人和涉嫌犯罪者的個人資料等； <br>
- (iv)按上司的指示執行警務和檢控工作；及 <br>
- (v)履行上司分配的其他臨時職責。 <br> <br>（注：有關職位或需在正常工作時間以外工作及戶外工作。）
職責
- (i)To investigate complaints by members of the public on hotels, guesthouses, clubs, karaoke establishments, bedspace apartments and similar accommodations; <br>
- (ii)To prepare and compile investigation reports and statements; <br>
- (iii)To prepare and conduct prosecution cases including collecting site evidence, personal particulars of witnesses and suspected offenders, etc.; <br>
- (iv)To carry out policing and prosecution duties at time and in manner as directed by senior officers; and <br>
- (v)To carry out other ad hoc duties as may be assigned by senior officers. <br> <br>(Note : The post may be required to work outside normal working hours and carry out outdoor work.)

應徵者須
- (a)完成中五畢業或持有同等學歷；
- (b)中英文良好，香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級
註] 或以上成績，或具備同等成績者優先；以及
(c)具在執法機構／政府部門執法工作的經驗者優先。
Candidates should have - <br>
- (a)completed Secondary 5 education, or equivalent; <br>
- (b)attained Level 2 (Note) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent preferred; and <br>
- (c)working experience in a law enforcing agency/government department preferred.

- (1)香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。 <br>(2)有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。 <br>(3)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
