職責
具體職責包括但不限於:
(i) 識別及製作各項計劃的 “思想領導” 内容,並在商業報告、最新動態及圓桌會議上清晰表達其内容,以協助海外及内地公司了解和把握最新發展機遇;
(ii) 支援投資推廣工作,包括策略性收購及後續支援措施;
(iii) 進行全球投資趨勢及經濟發展研究,監察地區和全球面貌轉變所帶來的機會及已通過的政策;
(iv) 與同事及重要持份者緊密合作,包括政府經濟顧問、智庫、學者及商界領袖,共同識別由科技、經濟、與外來直接投資相關計劃帶來的最新趨勢,以及在投資推廣署的目標行業開設職位的機遇;
(v) 協助投資推廣署内外客戶進行研究及撰寫營銷信息;及
(vi) 就香港和其他經濟體進行比較研究,藉此找出借鑑標準和最佳方法。
More specifically, duties will include but not be limited to:
(i) To identify and generate “thought leadership” content arising from initiatives and articulate them in “business-friendly” reports, updates, and roundtables to help overseas and Mainland companies understand and seize new growth opportunities;
(ii) To support investment promotion efforts in both strategic acquisition and aftercare initiatives;
(iii) To conduct research on global investment trends and economic development and monitor the opportunities brought about by the changing regional and global landscape and policies adopted;
(iv) To work closely with colleagues and key stakeholders including the government economist, think tanks, academics and business leaders to identify the latest trends brought about by technology, economic, foreign direct investment related initiatives and opportunities for job creation in InvestHK’s priority sectors;
(v) To support InvestHK’s internal and external customers in research and the creation of sales messages; and
(vi) To conduct comparative analysis between Hong Kong and other economies for benchmarking and best practice sharing.
入職條件
(a) 具備最少五年爲國際商界人士就地區及全球政治經濟問題造成的商業影響進行高素質研究的相關經驗;
(b) 擅長分析,善於解決問題,具備優越的溝通、表達(包括書寫及説話)及人際社交技巧;
(c) 持有香港任何一所大學頒授的學士學位或同等學歷,主修經濟、金融、商業或國際關係,或主修其他相關學科並具備相關工作經驗;
(d) 極佳英語書寫及口語能力,以及操流利普通話及粵語。(申請人如不諳中文亦可申請,但最後遴選時如所有其他考慮因素相同,則具備雙語能力申請人優先。)通曉其他語言(如日語、法語、西班牙語或德語)或其他方言更佳。
(a) Minimum 5 years or more relevant proven track record in preparing and presenting high quality research on commercial implications arising from regional and global political and economic issues for an international business audience;
(b) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills;
(c) A bachelor degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Business or International Relations, or in other relevant disciplines combined with relevant work experience;
(d) A strong command of written and spoken English and Putonghua, as well as Cantonese. (Those who are not proficient in Chinese language may also apply, but, all other factors being equal in the final selection, preference will be given to the bilingual candidate.) Knowledge of another language such as Japanese, French, Spanish or German, or other dialects is desirable.
