- 1.協助調查有關職業介紹所的投訴並向求職者（包括外籍家庭傭工）及僱主蒐集相關資料及證據及協助個案主任評估有關個案；及
- 2.就有關投訴到職業介紹所進行特別巡查及向有關人士蒐集相關文件或紀錄。
職責
- 1.To assist in investigation of complaints against employment agencies through collection of information and evidence from job-seekers (including foreign domestic helpers) and employers, as well as to assist case officers in assessing merits of the cases; and
- 2.To assist in conducting special inspection visits to employment agencies with regard to the complaints received and collecting documents/records from parties concerned.
入職條件
1.
- (1)在香港中學文憑考試五科包括中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或同等或以上成績，或具同等學歷
註1] ；或
(2)在香港中學會考五科包括中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級/E級或以上成績，或具同等學歷
[註2] ；
2.具良好中英文講寫能力；及
3.具備至少五年從事刑事調查工作的經驗，如具調查合謀及商業罪案經驗則更佳。
附加條件：
1.具備基本法律知識；
2.具備會計及商業實務的基本知識者可獲優先考慮；及
3.熟悉基本電腦系統的操作，尤其熟悉文字處理及試算表系統的應用。
Applicant should possess
- 1.have
- (1)Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE)
Note 1] , or equivalent; or
- (2)Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)
Note 2] , or equivalent;
- 2.Good command of Chinese and English, both written and oral; and
- 3.At least 5 years’ experience in criminal investigation, preferably in collusion and commercial crime investigation.
Additional Requirements:
- 1.Basic legal knowledge;
- 2.Basic knowledge in accounting and business practices preferred; and
- 3.Basic knowledge in computer applications in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
