職責
合規主任的主要職責為－
(a) 協助合規主管以確保指定檢疫酒店員工正確遵守衛生署制訂的感染控制指引；
(b) 支援合規主管教導指定酒店員工在感染控制方面的要求及加強其對感染控制的認識，例如在不同工作環境下正確使用/穿著個人防護裝備、手部清潔程序以及使用合適工具/設備為酒店房間進行清潔擦拭、例行消毒工作等；
(c) 協助合規主管在指定檢疫酒店駐守/進行巡查，以確保其符合感染控制要求；及
(d) 向合規主管匯報違規事件以便採取合適的跟進行動。
獲聘的申請人需要執行戶外工作和逾時工作、不定時或輪班工作，以及在星期六、星期日和公眾假期上班。

Major duties of a Compliance Officer will include the following:
(a) To support Compliance Supervisor (Control Protocol) in ensuring that their hotel staff properly follow the infection control guidelines set up by the Department of Health;
(b) To support Compliance Supervisor (Control Protocol) in coaching and reinforcing staff of the designated quarantine hotels on the infection control requirements, e.g. use of PPE for performing different duties, gowning and de-gowning compliance, hand hygiene practice, and equipment and procedures for room cleaning, routine disinfection, wiping and mopping, etc.;
(c) To assist Compliance Supervisor (Control Protocol) in stationing/patrolling at designated quarantine hotels to ensure compliance of infection control requirements;
and
(d) To report non-compliance cases to Compliance Supervisor (Control Protocol) for follow-up actions as appropriate.
Successful candidates should expect to be required to perform outdoor work and work overtime, irregular hours or shifts, and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Candidates should:
(a) possess a Certificate of Registration (Part I) issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong;
(b) possess a valid practising certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong;
(c) have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [Note];
(d) be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English;
(e) possess good communication and interpersonal skills; and
(f) ten (10) years or more of experience in public health institutes.

Please provide the results of the subjects including Mathematics taken in HKDSEE or HKCEE or equivalent. For appointment purpose, ‘Grade C’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 3’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]
