助理節目主任（中文新聞）主要負責
- (a)在中文新聞組於本地及外地履行記者採訪／新聞報導員／主播的職責；
- (b)進行研究並擔任新聞編輯；
- (c)製作視像新聞；
- (d)拍攝、剪接及協調錄影廠的操作；及
- (e)處理後期製作和管理社交媒體平台。
註：
或需不定時工作和輪班當值，和在颱風、黑色暴雨警告及其他緊急情況下工作，以及因應工作需要派駐內地。

職責
Assistant Programme Officer in Chinese News is mainly deployed on
- (a)performing the duties of a reporter/news announcer/presenter in the Chinese newsroom in and outside Hong Kong;
- (b)conducting researches and serving as news editor;
- (c)producing video news;
- (d)filming, editing and coordinating studio operation; and
- (e)performing post-production and managing social media platforms.
Note:
May be required to work irregular hours and shifts; and to work during typhoons, Black Rainstorm Warning Signals and other emergencies; and to be stationed in the Mainland in accordance to operational need.

- (a)
- (i)持有香港的大學所頒發學位，或具同等學歷；或
- (ii)持有香港的專上院校頒授經評審的副學士學位或獲認可的高級文憑，主修相關或有關連的學科（新聞學及傳理學、創意媒體、媒體學科），或具同等學歷；兼具兩年新聞採訪及／或新聞編輯的相關工作經驗；或
- (iii)持有香港的專上院校頒授獲認可的文憑，主修相關或有關連的學科（新聞學及傳理學、創意媒體、媒體學科），或具同等學歷；兼具四年新聞採訪及／或新聞編輯的相關工作經驗；或
- (iv)在香港中學文憑考試五科（可包括中國語文科及英國語文科）考獲第3級或同等[參閱註(1)]或以上成績，或具同等學歷；或在香港高級程度會考兩科高級程度科目考獲E級或以上成績，及在香港中學會考另外三科考獲第3級／C級[參閱註(2)]或以上成績（可包括中國語文科及英國語文科），或具同等學歷；兼具五年新聞採訪及／或新聞編輯的相關工作經驗；或
- (v)在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等[參閱註(1)]或以上成績，須包括中國語文科及英國語文科，或具同等學歷；或在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級／E級[參閱註(2)]或以上成績，須包括中國語文科及英國語文科，或具同等學歷；兼具六年新聞採訪及／或新聞編輯的相關工作經驗；及
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級[參閱註(2)]或以上成績，或具同等成績。
- (c)在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績[參閱註(3)] 。
Candidates should have
- (a)
- (i)a Hong Kong Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent; or
- (ii)an accredited associate degree or an accredited higher diploma in a relevant or related discipline (Journalism & Communication, Creative Media, Media Studies) from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 2 years’ relevant experience relating to news reporting, news editorial work; or
- (iii)an accredited diploma in a relevant or related discipline (Journalism & Communication, Creative Media, Media Studies) from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 4 years’ relevant experience relating to news reporting, news editorial work; or
- (iv)Level 3 or equivalent [See Note (1)] or above in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (which may include Chinese Language and English Language), or equivalent; or Grade E or above in 2 subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE) and Level 3/Grade C [See Note (2)] or above in 3 other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (which may include Chinese Language and English Language), or equivalent; and 5 years’ relevant experience relating to news reporting, news editorial work; or
- (v)Level 2 or equivalent [See Note (1)] or above in 5 subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE, or equivalent; or Level 2/Grade E [See Note (2)] or above in 5 subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in HKCEE, or equivalent; and 6 years’ relevant experience relating to news reporting, news editorial work;
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 [See Note (2)] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent; and
- (c)a pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test (BLNST) [See Note (3)].
入職條件(註)
- (1)政府在聘任公務員時，香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目「達標並表現優異」成績（或2018年或之後香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目「達標並表現優異(I)」成績）／應用學習中文（非華語學生適用）科目「達標並表現優異」成績（最多計算兩科），以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目（包括應用學習中文（非華語學生適用）科目）（最多計算兩科）「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2 級成績。
- (2)政府在聘任公務員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）C級與E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級與第2級成績。
- (3)政府會測試所有應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》及《香港國安法》知識。在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績是所有公務員職位的入職條件。申請人必須在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。如申請人在申請公務員職位時仍未曾參加相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試或未曾在相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試考獲及格成績，仍可作出申請。他們會被安排在招聘過程中參加相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試。
- (4)於2022/23學年內將取得訂明學歷的申請人亦可申請。申請人需圓滿考獲所要求學術資格方獲考慮聘任。
- (5)申請人或須技能測試及／或筆試合格，方獲進一步考慮。
- (6)申請人出席招聘面試，須於事前或事後提供文件證明其具備相關學歷和經驗。
- (7)申請人如已修讀並完成本地大學或專上院校所開辦與新聞學及傳理學、創意媒體或媒體學科相關的學科，或具同等學歷，請在申請表格G.F. 340 (Rev.3/2013)第A(II)部分「就學詳情」一欄清楚註明所修讀科目，以及在第A(I)及(III)部分註明在香港高級程度會考／香港中學會考／香港中學文憑考試中國語文科及英國語文科的最高成績（或同等成績）。
