職責
(a) 領導員工管理資助計劃,包括新措施的籌備工作、為計劃管理提供支援、覆核和審批申請等;
(b) 就辦公室行政、系統發展、項目管理等與資助計劃有關的事宜提供行政支援;
(c) 協助處理投訴、上訴及一般查詢;
(d) 執行資助計劃的支援職責,例如熱線服務、審批指引的檢討、用戶驗收測試、統計報表、津貼發放等;
(e) 協助資助計劃的宣傳工作;以及
(f) 處理由上級指派的其他工作。
註:視乎部門的運作需要,成功獲聘者可能須輪班當值、不定時工作(包括星期六、日及公眾假期)及超時工作。他/她會被分派到部門包括在職家庭津貼辦事處或學生資助處的辦公室工作。

Note: Subject to operational requirement of the department, the appointed candidate may be required to perform shift duties, work irregular hours and overtime (including on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). He / She will be deployed to work in offices within the same Department including the Working Family Allowance Office or Student Finance Office.

(d) 能操流利普通話或其他語言者佔優[見註3] ;
(e) 具備良好電腦應用知識;以及
(f) 人際關係及溝通技巧俱佳。
證明文件:申請人必須提供證明文件以證明他們獲得上述的學歷和工作經驗;倘若申請人未能提供此等證明文件,申請將不獲受理。

(c) good command of both Chinese and English and have met the language proficiency requirements of "Level 2" results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent (see Notes 1 and 2);
(d) proficiency in Putonghua or other languages is an advantage (see Note 3)
(e) equipped with good computer knowledge; and
(f) good interpersonal and communication skills.
