職責
管工(清潔)的主要職責是(a)帶領一隊初級人員，並督導他們完成一般清潔及派遞工作；(b)策劃清潔行動；以及(c)安排進行禮儀的場地。

A Foreman (Cleansing) is mainly deployed on (a) heading a team of minor staff and supervising them to complete general cleansing and delivery duties; (b) planning cleansing operations; and (c) arrangement of sites for ceremonial functions.

(a) (i) 在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等[請參閱註(1)]或以上成績[請參閱註(2)]，或具同等學歷；或(ii)在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級[請參閱註(3)]／E級或以上成績[請參閱註(2)]，或具同等學歷；
(b) 取得相關學歷資格，並於其後具備兩年有關監督受僱從事清潔及／或保養樓宇員工的經驗；以及
(c) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績[請參閱註(3)]。

(c) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (3)].

(4) 為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，政府會測試應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》知識。申請人在基本法測試的表現會佔其整體表現的一個適當比重。
