- (a)協助制定有力和創新的宣傳策略，以推廣十八區的社區演藝計劃； <br>
- (b)監督宣傳策略的實施，統籌及監察宣傳活動承辦商的表現； <br>
- (c)協調藝術團體與地區文化組織、青少年及長者組織、非政府機構等其他不同團體，合作舉辦推廣活動； <br>
- (d)監督印刷版及數碼或網上版宣傳資料的設計，印刷、撰寫及分發； <br>
- (e)留意最新的數碼或網上宣傳科技及社交媒體，創作吸引的文字、圖像和影片內容； <br>
- (f)開拓有效的網上宣傳平台；以及 <br>
- (g)執行其他相關職責。 <br> <br>(註：受聘人或須不定時及於星期六、星期日及公眾假期工作。)
職責
- (a)To assist in developing strong and innovative promotion strategies for the community arts programmes in 18 districts; <br>
- (b)To oversee the implementation of the promotion strategies, co-ordinate and monitor the performance of the service providers of promotion campaigns; <br>
- (c)To co-ordinate with the arts groups of the programmes and various parties such as district cultural organisations, organisations for youth and elderly, NGOs, etc. for organising promotion activities; <br>
- (d)To oversee the design, printing, copy-writing and distribution of the promotion materials in printed copies and through digital / online channels; <br>
- (e)To create engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up-to-date on latest digital / online promotion technologies and social media; <br>
- (f)To explore the effective online promotion platforms; and <br>
- (g)To perform any other related duties as assigned. <br> <br>(Note : Appointee may be required to work irregular hours and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.)
入職條件
- (a)持有本港大學頒發的學士學位，或具同等學歷； <br>
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第3等級或以上的成績，或具同等成績[見註(1)]； <br>
- (c)於取得有關學歷後，具備最少四年全職工作經驗； <br>
- (d)具備良好中、英語的會話及書寫能力； <br>
- (e)具備良好溝通技巧、人際關係和表達能力； <br>
- (f)熟悉Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint等商業應用軟件及中文文書處理，及具備使用Illustrator、Photoshop及相關應用軟件的經驗；及 <br>
- (g)擁有編輯、文案撰寫、數碼或網絡宣傳、藝術及文化節目或活動方面的工作經驗，將獲優先考慮。
- (a)A bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; <br>
- (b)Met the language proficiency requirement of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (1)]; <br>
- (c)At least four years’ full-time post-qualification working experience; <br>
- (d)Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English; <br>
- (e)Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; <br>
- (f)Good knowledge in the application of common business software of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing and should have experience in using Illustrator, Photoshop or similar software; and <br>
- (g)Working experience in editorial and copy-writing, digital / online promotion, arts and cultural events or activities will be an advantage.
