職責
(a) 發展、推動和評估小學常識科課程並在學校推廣《憲法》及《基本法》教育和相關教育；
(b) 開發和製作課程資源，以推動小學常識科課程、《憲法》及《基本法》教育和相關教育的施行；
(c) 策劃並舉辦專業發展課程和活動，支援小學常識科課程、《憲法》及《基本法》教育和相關教育的發展；
(d) 策劃並進行課程探訪和焦點小組面談；
(e) 參與相關的研究和發展計劃；
(f) 與其他政府部門、大專院校和相關組織協調和合作；
(g) 協助處理幼稚園及小學組的各項專業和行政工作；以及
(h) 執行上司委派的其他職務。

(a) To develop, implement and evaluate the General Studies (GS) curriculum, as well as promote Constitution and Basic Law Education (CBLE) and related education in schools;
(b) To develop and produce curriculum resources for implementing the GS curriculum, CBLE and related education;
(c) To plan and organise professional development programmes and activities in support of the GS curriculum, CBLE and related education;
(d) To plan and conduct curriculum development visits and focus group interviews;
(e) To participate in related research and development projects;
(f) To liaise and cooperate with other government departments, tertiary institutions and relevant organisations;
(g) To assist in the professional and administrative duties of the Kindergarten and Primary Section; and
(h) To undertake any other duties assigned.

入職條件
(a) 持有香港所頒授的教育(常識)、中國歷史、歷史、中國研究、社會科學或人文範疇相關的學士學位，或具備同等學歷[參閱註(ii)]；
(b) 持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷[參閱註(ii)]；
(c) 符合語文能力要求，即在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷[中文運用及英文運用]中取得｢二級」成績，或具備同等成績[參閱註(iii)]；
(d) 在取得上述(a)及(b)的學歷後，具有不少於6年任教小學常識科、中學中國歷史、歷史或人文相關學科的經驗[參閱註(iv)]；以及
(e) 申請人若持有本港頒授與中國歷史、歷史、教育、學校改善和領導或教育管理相關的碩士或博士學位，或具備同等學歷；以及具備推動常識科、中國歷史、歷史或人文相關學科的課程發展和推廣德育、公民及國民教育、價值觀教育或科學、科技、工程和數學(STEM)教育的經驗，可獲優先考慮[參閱註(ii)及(iv)]。
(b) 持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷[參閱註(ii)]；
(c) 符合語文能力要求，即在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷[中文運用及英文運用]中取得｢二級」成績，或具備同等成績[參閱註(iii)]；
(d) 在取得上述(a)及(b)的學歷後，具有不少於6年任教小學常識科、中學中國歷史、歷史或人文相關學科的經驗[參閱註(iv)]；以及
(e) 申請人若持有本港頒授與中國歷史、歷史、教育、學校改善和領導或教育管理相關的碩士或博士學位，或具備同等學歷；以及具備推動常識科、中國歷史、歷史或人文相關學科的課程發展和推廣德育、公民及國民教育、價值觀教育或科學、科技、工程和數學(STEM)教育的經驗，可獲優先考慮[參閱註(ii)及(iv)]。
(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree in Education (General Studies), Chinese History, History, China Studies, Social Science or Humanities-related discipline, or equivalent [See Note (ii)];
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [see Note (ii)];
(c) Met the language proficiency requirement of 'Level 2' results in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [See Note (iii)];
(d) At least 6 years' relevant post-qualification [as specified in (a) and (b)] experience in teaching General Studies in primary schools, Chinese History, History, or Humanities subjects in secondary schools [See Note (iv)]; and
(e) Preference will be given to candidates who possess a Hong Kong higher degree (e.g. a second/higher degree) in a discipline relevant to Chinese History/History, Education, School Improvement and Leadership or Education Management, or equivalent, as well as experienced in implementing curriculum development and projects in relation to General Studies, Chinese History/History or Humanities subjects and promoting Moral, Civic and National Education, values education, or Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education [See Note (ii) and (iv)].
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [see Note (ii)];

入職條件(註)
(i) 課程主任(幼稚園及小學/常識)(人文)職位的申請日期為2021年2月19日(星期五)至2021年3月5日(星期五)。
(ii) 申請人須在申請表上清楚註明所修讀學位課程的主修和副修科目。申請人如有其他學歷(例如有關科目的碩士或博士學位)，亦須一併在申請表上列明。
(iii) 綜合招聘考試的中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」，並以「二級」為最高等級。香港中學文憑考試中國語文科「第5級」或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「C」級或以上的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「二級」成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科「第5級」或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考英語運用科或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) English Language科「C」級或以上成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。 在International English Language Testing System (IELTS)學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績，在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日有效。
(iv) 申請人須述明於取得有關學歷後所具備的相關工作經驗及性質。
(v) 為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，教育局會測試所有應徵課程主任職位人士的《基本法》知識。申請人在基本法測試的表現會佔其整體表現的一個適當比重。
(vi) 申請人須處事盡責、積極主動、對工作有熱誠，並須品格良好，願意為教育界服務，作出承擔，以及能以中英文與人有效溝通。
