職責
(a) 協助為香港智慧城市藍圖、Wi-Fi.HK連通城市計劃、「香港政府一站通」(香港特別行政區政府的一站式入門網站)等政府資訊科技措施制訂、提供、推行和維護其品牌塑造、傳訊及市場推廣策略和宣傳計劃;
(b) 策導及監督各項線上線下的市場推廣工作及活動;管理和製作市場推廣傳訊資料,包括廣告資料和不同媒體上的內容,以及管理各承辦商所提供的市場推廣、公共關係和項目管理等各項服務;
(c) 負責主理「香港政府一站通」入門網站的整體設計和該網站定期推出的廣告,以推廣網站的服務,並支援網站的持續管理、開發和改善工作,包括引進新的網上服務與功能;
(d) 監管該入門網站的日常內容管理;參與數據分析和協助提升用戶體驗,以及擬備電子新聞和推廣信息;
(e) 與政府各決策局和部門、政府內外的資訊科技和技術機構代表、參與機構和準參與機構等持份者緊密聯繫、合作及促進協作,針對入門網站和推廣活動,更新其內容,提升用戶體驗及功能;
(f) 制訂及提供客戶研究計劃,以期確認和配合目標用戶的需要和期望,並在工作/計劃前後進行評估,跟進所需的改善措施;以及
(g) 就客戶諮詢工作,推廣和監察兼容流動裝置的網頁設計及新一代電子政府服務,向政府各決策局和部門提供協助。

(e) 與政府各決策局和部門、政府內外的資訊科技和技術機構代表、參與機構和準參與機構等持份者緊密聯繫、合作及促進協作,針對入門網站和推廣活動,更新其內容,提升用戶體驗及功能;
(f) 制訂及提供客戶研究計劃,以期確認和配合目標用戶的需要和期望,並在工作/計劃前後進行評估,跟進所需的改善措施;以及
(g) 就客戶諮詢工作,推廣和監察兼容流動裝置的網頁設計及新一代電子政府服務,向政府各決策局和部門提供協助。
(a) To assist in formulating, delivering, implementing and maintaining the branding, communications and marketing strategy and publicity programmes for the Government’s information technology (IT) initiatives such as the Smart City Blueprint for Hong Kong, Wi-Fi.HK Connected City Programme and GovHK (the one-stop portal of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region);
(b) To drive and oversee various online and offline marketing campaigns and activities; and to manage the production of marketing communications materials including advertising materials, content on various media channels and to manage contractors in delivery of marketing, public relations, event management services, etc.;
(c) To be in charge of the overall layout of the GovHK portal and regular series of advertisement to promote the services under the portal; and to support the ongoing management, development and enhancement of the portal including the introduction of new online services and functions;
(d) To supervise day-to-day content management of the portal; to participate in data analysis and assist in user experience enhancement and to draft e-news and promotional messages;
(e) To liaise, work closely and facilitate collaboration with stakeholders such as government bureaux and departments, internal and external IT and technology counterparts, participating organisations and potential participating organisations, to update the content, enhance the user experience and functionality of the portal and in promotional activities;
(f) To formulate and deliver customer research programmes with a view to identifying and keeping abreast of the needs and expectations of the target users; and to conduct pre- and post-campaign / programme evaluations and follow up on necessary enhancements; and
(g) To provide support in client advisory, promotion and monitoring of adoption of mobile-friendly web design and next generation e-Government services among government bureaux and departments.

入職條件
(a) 持有本港大學頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷,以修讀傳理、市場推廣、工商管理或相關學科者為佳,申請人如具備電腦、資訊科技、項目管理或數據分析知識則更佳;
(b) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績,或具同等成績

(a) To possess a bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent; preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline, and candidates with knowledge in Computing, Information Technology, Project Management or Data Analytics will be an advantage;
(b) To meet the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent [Note];
(c) To possess at least six years’ relevant full-time post-qualification experience in e-marketing and / or web solutions and content for well-established portal or online services of large or leading organisation;
(d) To possess strong team building, analytical and collaboration skills;
(e) To possess excellent interpersonal skills; and
(f) To possess excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and to be able to handle general official conversation in Putonghua will be an advantage.
