職責
(a) 協助審核根據《環境影響評估條例》規定的程序就工程項目提交的廢物管理／土地污染評估，及提供專業意見以確保有關廢物管理／土地污染的評估事宜適當地反映在環境評估研究提交的文件內；
(b) 就規劃研究／策略性規劃個案和向城市規劃委員會所提交的文件，提供廢物管理及土地污染評估方面的專業意見；
(c) 根據相關指引及守則，就所提交的土地污染評估及整治工程報告，提供專業意見；
(d) 協助解答相關查詢，蒐集資訊以建立資料庫及查核清單；以及
(e) 準備有關廢物管理和土地污染評估的培訓參考資料，及就有關土地污染/除污的重大實例建立知識管理數據庫。
其他相關的工作要求：(a)工作時間及地點須視乎部門的運作需要而定。獲錄用者或需(i)不定時及超時工作，包括在晚上、周末和公眾假期工作；以及(ii)不時在戶外工作。(b) 每星期的工作時數會按部門運作需要而定，但每星期不會多於17.5小時。合約期內之任何特定期間並沒有最低工作時數的保證。

(a) To assist in vetting waste management and land contamination assessment for projects submitted in accordance with the Environmental Impact Assessment Ordinance, and to provide professional advice for ensuring that the waste management and land contamination issues are properly addressed in the submissions;
(b) To provide professional advice on waste management and land contamination assessment for planning studies and strategic planning cases and Town Planning Board submissions;
(c) To provide advice on land contamination assessment and remediation reports for contaminated sites in accordance with relevant guidelines and practice notes;
(d) To assist in responding to related enquiries and compiling information for database and checklists; and
(e) To prepare training reference materials in waste management and land contamination assessment and develop knowledge management database having regarded previous landmark cases with land contamination/decontamination concerns.

(b) at least ten years of post-qualification full-time working experience at a professional level of responsibility in the field of environmental protection preferably on waste management and/or land contamination assessment for planning and engineering projects;
(c) knowledge and experience in the management of potentially contaminated sites; and
(d) strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
