Assistant Information Technology Officer – System Administration

職責
Assistant Information Technology Officers are mainly responsible for the system administration, database administration and technical support on UNIX midrange platform and Oracle database including hardware and software installation, security and access control management, configuration management, performance monitoring and tuning, system troubleshooting, operation support, system documentation and other technical support activities.
入職條件
- (a)申請人必須持有: <br>
- (i)香港任何一所大學頒授的電腦科學、資訊科技或相關學科的學士學位，或具同等學歷。修讀上述學位或同等課程的學生，如在2021年7月前參加期終考試，亦可申請。倘若入選，須在2021年8月底前取得有關學術資格後方獲聘用。或
- (ii)資訊科技、電腦或相關學科的高級文憑，或具同等學歷，並在取得有關學歷後具備至少兩年與資訊科技有關的全職工作經驗。 <br> <br>
- (b)申請人如具備使用以下技術／產品的經驗，將獲優先考慮: <br>
- (i)關係數據庫管理系統(如Oracle、DB2等) <br>
- (ii)UNIX/Linux中型電腦平台、微軟視窗伺服器 <br>
- (iii)Oracle開發工具包括PL/SQL、Oracle Forms、Oracle Reports及Pro*C
- (a)Candidates should have:– <br>
- (i)A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT) or related discipline from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; <br>Candidates who are students sitting the final examination of the above mentioned degree or equivalent courses before July of 2021 may also apply. If selected, their appointment will be subject to their acquisition of the requisite academic qualification before the end of August 2021. OR
- (ii)A higher diploma in IT or computer related discipline, or equivalent; and At least 2 years’ relevant post-qualification full-time IT working experience. <br> <br>
- (b)Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in using the following technologies/products:– <br>
- (i)RDBMS (e.g. Oracle, DB2, etc.) <br>
- (ii)UNIX/Linux midrange platform, Microsoft Windows Server <br>
- (iii)Oracle development tools including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports and Pro*C
