職責
(a) 協助估算、規劃及預留教育設施以配合整體房屋發展；
(b) 就建校工程及學校翻新工程提供財政管理、技術及行政支援，包括與政府各部門及辦學團體的協調工作；
(c) 就提升學校基礎建設工程草擬文件，包括呈交區議會及/或立法會的討論文件；以及
(d) 就建校工程的校舍設計及設施提供專業意見，並協助建校工程項目的帳目結算。

(a) To assist in estimating, planning and reserving the requirement for education facilities in relation to residential development;
(b) To provide financial management, technical and administrative support in school construction and renovation projects which involve the coordinating work among various government departments, bureaux and school sponsoring bodies;
(c) To compile documents including information papers for submission to District Councils and/or Legislative Council concerning school infrastructure upgrading projects; and
(d) To provide professional advice on the design and layout of schools and facilitate account finalisation of school building projects.

入職條件
(a)(i) 為香港建築師學會的會員或香港建築師註冊管理局的註冊建築師，或具備同等資格；或
(ii) 為香港工程師學會在一九七五年十二月五日以後選取的正式會員（結構或土木界別），或具備同等資格；或
(iii) 為香港測量師學會產業測量組的正式會員，或具備同等資格；或
(iv) 為香港測量師學會工料測量組的正式會員，或其他認可專業測量師學會有關組別的會員；
(b) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級[參閱註2]或以上成績，或具備同等成績；以及
(c) 懂得基本的資訊科技知識。
上述(a)(i)及(ii)項申請人須於取得相關資歷後具備五年相關經驗。上述(a)(iii)項申請人須於取得相關資歷後，具備八年物業管理及估價/ 地產代理/ 物業發展方面的相關經驗。上述(a)(iv)項申請人須於取得有關資歷後，具備七年工料測量方面的相關經驗。申請人如於截止日期前具備較少相關工作經驗亦可申請。獲取錄者，月薪將會根據相關入職薪點有所調整。

(a)(i) a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects or Registered Architect of the Architects Registration Board of Hong Kong, or equivalent; or
(ii) a Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Structural or Civil Discipline) elected after 5 December 1975, or equivalent; or
(iii) a Corporate Member in the General Practice Division of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS), or equivalent; or
(iv) a Corporate Member in the Quantity Surveying Division of HKIS, or a Member of other recognized surveying professional institutes in an appropriate stream;
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (See Note 2) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and
(c) proficiency in basic Information Technology knowledge.
For applicants at (a)(i) and (ii) above, five years' relevant post-qualification experience (pqe) is required. For those at (a)(iii), eight years' appropriate pqe in the field of Valuation and Estate Management/ Estate Agency/ Property Development is required. For those at (a)(iv), seven years' appropriate pqe in the field of Quantity Surveying is required.
Applicants with less experience may also apply but will be remunerated at the corresponding sub-entry point if selected.
