(a) To take charge of the development, implementation and review of the annual competition "Story to Stage – Puppetry Competition for Primary Schools";
(b) To lead and supervise a team, composed of Advisory Teachers in executing the above programme through regular meetings and school visits;
(c) To coordinate the planning, conduct and review of professional development programmes for the teacher participants in the competition, andbriefings for the Advisory Teaching Team;
(d) To develop and sustain a community of practice to promote puppetry and language arts, and integrate the ideas into the daily teaching practice in primary schools in the public sector; and
(e) To undertake any other duties as assigned.

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent, majoring in English preferred [See Note (i)];
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [See Note (i)];
(c) Candidates who possess a higher degree (e.g. second/higher degree) in education preferred [See Note (i)];
(d) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (ii)];
(e) At least 10 years' post-degree [as specified in (a)] working experience in promoting puppetry or language arts; among which at least 3 years' of experience in project team management [See Note (iii)];
(f) Experience in promoting innovative pedagogical practices or in training and development of teachers preferred;
(g) Good spoken and written English;
(h) Fluent spoken and written Chinese;
(i) Strong collaboration and communication skills;
(j) A sound knowledge of, and solid experience in, promoting puppetry to support language learning and teaching;
(k) Good consultancy skills; and
(l) Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
