職責
職位(一)職責：批發市場監督(兼職) (統計)的主要職責包括：(a)編制由政府和私人副食品批發市場所收集的統計數據；(b)向香港電台提供每日鮮活食品供應市況的統計數據作廣播之用；(c)編制及分發每日鮮活食品供應市況報告予相關決策局及部門；(d)將每日鮮活食品供應市況的統計數據上載至漁農自然護理署網頁；以及(e)執行上級派遣的其他職務。
備註: 需要在周末和公眾假期工作。
職位(二)職責：批發市場監督(兼職) (減廢回收)的主要職責包括：(a)協助監察副食品批發市場廢物管理的運作；(b)協助實施副食品批發市場的環保工作 (例如食物捐贈、廚餘回收、市場飲水設施、可回收物料工作，如：發泡膠箱、卡板、鋁罐、廢紙和膠樽回收等)；(c)協助統籌可發展的環保工作並於副食品批發市場全面執行；(d)就環保工作與批發市場使用者、環境保護署及其他相關政府部門、承辦商及關注團體聯絡；(e)協助制訂環保計劃，推廣、宣傳及教育市場使用者有關源頭減廢概念及其他環保工作；(f)監督服務承辦商的表現以確保有質素環保工作能有效地執行；(g)協助處理與環保工作有關的查詢／投訴；並處理市場使用者與承辦商之間的爭端；(h)向高級市場經理匯報市場內環保措施的違規事項並提供建議處理；(i)為定期與商販、商會代表、承辦商及其他政府官員舉行的會議提供秘書處服務、編製維持廚餘和環保回收物的統計記錄、製作簡報、負責採購和財政管理工作；以及(j)執行上級派遣的其他職務。

Duties of Post (1): A Wholesale Markets Supervisor (Part-time) (Statistics) is mainly deployed on (a) compiling throughput statistics of Government and private wholesale food markets; (b) providing daily fresh food supply statistics to RTHK for broadcasting use; (c) preparing and circulating daily reports on fresh food supply for senior officers of bureau and department; (d) uploading daily fresh food supply statistics to Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department's Webpage; and (e) performing any other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
Remark: Working on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays is required.
Duties of Post (2): A Wholesale Markets Supervisor (Part-time) (Waste Recycle and Reduction) is mainly deployed on (a) assisting in the supervision of overall operation of the wholesale food markets in relation to waste management; (b) assisting in the implementation of environmental protection projects in the wholesale food markets (such as food donation program, food waste recycling program, installation of drinking water facilities, recycling of damaged styrofoam containers, broken wooden pallets, aluminium cans, waste paper, and plastic bottles, etc); (c) assisting in coordinating the environmental protection projects and the amount of recovery that can be developed and implemented in the wholesale markets; (d) liaising with market users, Environmental Protection Department and other relevant government departments, contractors and interest groups on matters / problems relating to the operation of wholesale markets and environmental protection issues, remedies and practices; (e) assisting in formulating, promoting and publicising environmental plans to educate stakeholders of wholesale markets to achieve waste reduction at source; (f) monitoring service contractors’ performance to ensure quality and effective services; (g) assisting in handling complaints and enquiries; and settling disputes among market users and contractors in relation to environmental protection practices; (h) advising the Senior Field Officer on any irregularities in the operation of the environmental protection measures in the market; (i) performing secretariat duties in meetings with traders, representatives from trade associations, contractors and other departmental officials, compiling and maintaining food waste and recyclables collection records, preparing presentation PowerPoint and materials, arranging procurement and financial management work; and (j) performing any other duties as may be assigned.
Remark: Working outdoors, on shifts and outside normal office hours may be required.

入職條件
申請人必須(a)持有本港大學或香港專業教育學院／科技學院／工業學院頒發的統計學、電腦科學、應用科學、工商管理、會計學、設施/產業/環境管理學或相關科目的高級文憑或以上，或具同等學歷；(b)具備最少6年的全職統計及市場調查、行政/文書支援工作或設施/環保管理工作經驗，曾於政府或公共機構工作者尤佳；(c)具備良好的電腦知識及技能，包括中文打字及辦公室文書軟件操作，以及(d)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科達第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績。
註：(1) 2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) E級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。 (2) 有鮮活食品批發／零售界別工作經驗的申請人會獲優先考慮。

Candidates should have (a) a Higher Diploma or above in Statistics, Computer Sciences, Applied Sciences, Business Administration/Studies, Accounting, Facilities/Estate/Environmental Management or a related subject from a Hong Kong university, or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education/technical institute/technical college, or equivalent; (b) at least six years’ full time relevant working experience in statistical and market survey, administrative and clerical support duties, facilities management or environmental protection management, preferably in government or public bodies; (c) computer literacy in Chinese word processing and MS Offices; and (d) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent.
Notes: (1) 'Grade E' in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2' in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.
