Successful candidate(s) will be deployed to the sections/offices in the Planning and Lands Branch of the Development Bureau to undertake the following duties [(Note 3)]:
(a) to prepare and update drawings, site information plans, layout plans, management charts and schedules;
(b) to provide information and liaise with government departments, consultants, suppliers on matters relating to drawings;
(c) to co-ordinate architectural, building services and engineering drawings;
(d) to verify drawings prepared by consultants;
(e) to conduct site visit and gather information for preparing drawings;
(f) to maintain and update record of drawings;
(g) to print drawing and co-ordinate distribution; and
(h) to perform any other duties assigned by the Bureau

Candidates should have:
(a) a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from a Hong Kong polytechnic university/polytechnic, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or a technical institute/technical college, or equivalent;
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 [Note (1)] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and
(c) at least five years’ full-time working experience in building works [Note (2)].
