職責
(a)透過進行研究分析和訪校，了解學校服務需要及辨識有效的教學/ 支援措施；
(b)收集、整合及製作教學資源，優化第一層及第二層支援教學以協助有讀寫困難的中學生；
(c)與教師協作，在校內試行課室支援策略及促進學科學習；
(d)組織及舉辦教師培訓課程以分享教學技巧及知識；
(e)協調、計劃及參與評估計劃成效；以及
(f)執行任何其他獲指派的職務。

(e) To coordinate, plan and participate in the evaluation of the project; and

入職條件
(a)持有香港所頒授主修中國語文或社會科學科目學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
(b)持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷；
(c)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績 [參閱註1]，或具備同等成績；以及
(d)在取得學士學位後具備5年相關經驗；或具備共8年有關的工作經驗，當中具備最少3年教授中學中文或人文科學相關學科的教學經驗，包括具備教導及/或支援有特殊教育需要學生的經驗 [參閱註2] ，或具備同等經驗。
(b)持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷；
(c)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績 [參閱註1]，或具備同等成績；以及
(d)在取得學士學位後具備5年相關經驗；或具備共8年有關的工作經驗，當中具備最少3年教授中學中文或人文科學相關學科的教學經驗，包括具備教導及/或支援有特殊教育需要學生的經驗 [參閱註2] ，或具備同等經驗。

(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution or equivalent;
(c) Level 3 or above in Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) [See Note 1] or equivalent; and
(d) A total of 5 years' relevant post-degree teaching experience; or a total of 8 years' relevant teaching experience, with at least 3 years of experience fully covering the secondary level in the subject of humanities or Chinese Language, including experience in teaching and /or providing support to students with special educational needs [See Note 2], or equivalent.

入職條件(註)
1. 政府在聘任時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
2. 申請人如具備發展校本課程或發展適用於中學學生閱讀及寫作技巧/支援有讀寫困難的中學生的經驗，將作優先考慮。
3. 合資格的申請者須於2021年11月8日接受面試及筆試，成功申請者將於2021年12月1日或之前到職。
