職責
負責律政司刑事檢控科有關提供法律指引及預備審訊的工作，以及執行不時獲派的其他工作，或在本司其他辦公室從事其他法律工作。職位(1)臨時高級政府律師須承擔較高的職責及能獨立工作，並處理性質較複雜及困難的提供法律指引／預備審訊工作事宜。
To be deployed in the Prosecutions Division of the Department of Justice to undertake mainly legal advisory and trial preparation work and any other duties as may be assigned from time to time, or in other offices of the Department to undertake any other legal work. The holder of post (1) Temporary Senior Government Counsel is expected to assume a higher level of responsibilities and be able to work independently, and will be required to undertake legal advisory/trial preparation work of a more difficult and complex nature.
入職條件
申請人須(a)(i)在香港或《律政人員條例》﹙第87章﹚第2A條及附表2所規定的任何一個認可司法管轄區內取得律師資格﹙註：在2022年1月31日或之前取得律師資格的人士亦可申請，但他們須取得律師資格，方會獲聘﹚；或(ii)在香港或《律政人員條例》﹙第87章﹚第2A條及附表2所規定的任何一個認可司法管轄區內取得大律師資格和全面執業權後，具備一年專業經驗；有全面執業權，但在取得全面執業權後並無一年專業經驗的大律師亦可申請。如獲取錄，入職月薪為港幣67,295元﹙註：在2022年1月31日或之前完成實習大律師實習期並取得大律師資格的人士亦可申請，但他們須完成實習大律師的訓練，表現令人滿意並取得大律師資格，方會獲聘﹚；以及(b)在香港中學文憑試或香港中學會考的英國語文科和中國語文科成績達第2等級或以上，或具同等學歷﹙註：政府在聘任非公務員合約員工時，過往香港中學會考英國語文科﹙課程乙﹚和中國語文科E級的成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考英國語文科和中國語文科第2等級的成績﹚。
Candidates should (a)(i) be solicitors admitted in Hong Kong or any one of the recognised jurisdictions as stipulated under Section 2A and Schedule 2 of the Legal Officers Ordinance (Cap. 87) (Note : Candidates who will be admitted as solicitors on or before 31 January 2022 may also apply. Their appointment, however, will be subject to their admission as solicitors); or (ii) be barristers with one year’s professional experience since attaining the right to full practice in Hong Kong or any one of the recognised jurisdictions as stipulated under Section 2A and Schedule 2 of the Legal Officers Ordinance (Cap. 87). Barristers with the right to full practice but do not possess one year’s professional experience since attaining the right to full practice may also apply. If selected, they will be offered a salary of HK$67,295 per month (Note : Candidates who will complete their pupillage and be admitted as barristers on or before 31 January 2022 may also apply. Their appointment, however, will be subject to their admission as barristers with satisfactory completion of pupillage); and (b) have attained Level 2 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (Note: For non-civil service appointment purpose, Grade E in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language in the 2007 HKCEE or henceforth.).
入職條件(註)
(i)申請人如具備提供法律指引和法庭工作經驗會獲優先考慮；以及(ii)獲取錄者如具備超過規定的認可工作經驗可能得到較高的薪金。
