職責
(a) 建立並保持與營商者及業界組織在工作上的聯繫，以識別潛在的規管或牌照事務問題；
(b) 聯絡並統籌各相關政府決策局/部門以共同解決有關規管或牌照事務的問題；
(c) 策劃、開展以及推行新的方便營商措施；
(d) 就規管建議及相關之顧問研究進行營商環境影響評估研究；以及
(e) 為各委員會提供秘書及行政支援。

(b) Liaise and coordinate with relevant government bureaux/departments to resolve regulatory/licensing issues;
(c) Initiate, develop and implement new business facilitation initiatives;
(d) Conduct business impact assessments of regulatory proposals and related consultancy studies; and
(e) Provide secretariat and executive support to various committees.

入職條件
申請人必須：
(a) 持有本港大學頒授的學士學位或具同等學歷；
(b) 具備良好的中英文書寫及口語能力，並符合語文能力的要求，即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷（中文運用及英文運用）取得二級成績，或具備同等成績 [附註1]，能操流利普通話者優先；
(c) 在取得上述學歷後，在以下其中一個範疇具備至少1年的全職工作經驗 –
(i) 曾在下列一個或多個商業界別工作：食物業、批發及零售業、娛樂業、酒店與餐飲服務(尤以熟悉有關規管/牌照事宜者為佳)；或
(ii) 曾於/為政府部門或政府諮詢及法定機構進行規管/牌照相關事宜的研究/調查[附註 2及 3] ； 以及
(d) 具創意思維、優良的分析能力、良好的表達能力，以及優秀的人際關係及協商技巧。

Candidates should have –
(a) A bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(b) A good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English and have met the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UC)) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent [see Note 1], and proficiency in Putonghua is preferred;
(c) At least one-year full-time post-qualification working experience in –
(i) one or more of these business sectors: food business, wholesale and retail business, entertainment business, hospitality services (preferably familiar with regulatory/licensing issues), or
(ii) consultancies/researches on regulatory/licensing-related matters in/for government departments or government advisory and statutory bodies; [See Notes 2 & 3] and
(d) Innovative thinking with strong analytical ability, good presentation and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
