職責
(a) 協助執行有關人力資源管理的職能,包括招聘及聘用,並處理相關的查詢及投訴;
(b) 督導文書職系的同事進行招聘工作,並與職系管理單位協調有關招聘事宜;
(c) 協助制訂政府飛行服務隊大樓的長遠產業規劃及管理,統籌工務項目相關的會議及撰寫會議記錄,為會議提供行政支援;
(d) 為政府飛行服務隊的活動提供行政支援;
(e) 編製及分析與上述職務有關的各種統計數據及相關報告;及
(f) 執行其他指派的工作。

(b) To supervise the clerical staff in launching the recruitment exercises and to liaise with the grade management on recruitment issues;
(c) To assist in the long-term accommodation planning and management of the GFS Headquarters and to provide administrative support in coordinating meetings and compiling meeting minutes in connection with accommodation projects;
(d) To provide executive support to activities of GFS;
(e) To compile and analyse data relating to the above functions and prepare the relevant returns; and
(f) To carry out any other duties as assigned.

入職條件
申請人必須具備下列資格:
(a) 持有由香港任何一所大學頒授的學士學位,或達同等學歷;
(b) 在香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試中國語文科和英國語文科成績達第三級或以上,或達同等學歷;
(c) 取得學士學位後,具備最少十年工作經驗;
(d) 具備最少八年有關人力資源管理、招聘及聘用的政府工作經驗;
(e) 具備最少三年管理及協調政府工務項目的工作經驗;
(f) 具有良好中英文會話及書寫能力;
(g )熟悉一般電腦應用軟件,包括中英文文書處理、試算表、簡報等;及
(h) 了解政府飛行服務隊日常運作為佳。

(b) Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education (HKCEE) or the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent;
(c) at least ten years’ working experience after obtaining the degree;
(d) at least eight years of experience in work related to human resources management, recruitment and appointment within the government;
(e) at least three years of experience in managing and coordinating government works projects;
(f) a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
(g) knowledge of common office applications including English and Chinese Word Processing, Excel and Powerpoint; and
(h) preferably a fair understanding of the operation of the Government Flying Service (GFS).

入職條件(註)
政府在聘任非公務員時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科( 課程乙 ) C級的成績,在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科第三級的成績。
