• (a)To provide support in human resources management and personnel functions in relation to recruitment and appointment, and to handle related enquiries and complaints;
• (b)To supervise the clerical staff in launching the recruitment exercises and to liaise with the grade management on recruitment issues;
• (c)To assist in the long-term accommodation planning and management of the GFS Headquarters and to provide administrative support in coordinating meetings and compiling meeting minutes in connection with accommodation projects;
• (d)To provide executive support to activities of GFS;
• (e)To compile and analyse data relating to the above functions and prepare the relevant returns; and
• (f)To carry out any other duties as assigned.

Candidates should have:

• (a)a bachelor degree from university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
• (b)Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education (HKCEE) or the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent;
• (c)at least ten years’ working experience after obtaining the degree;
• (d)at least eight years of experience in work related to human resources management, recruitment and appointment within the government;
• (e)at least three years of experience in managing and coordinating government works projects;
• (f)a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• (g)knowledge of common office applications including English and Chinese Word Processing, Excel and Powerpoint; and
• (h)preferably a fair understanding of the operation of the Government Flying Service (GFS).
