- (a)就發展學生評估資源庫(STAR)及網上學與教支援(WLTS)提供專業支援，包括開發工作、質素控制，以及就中小學中文科籌辦相關宣傳活動；
- (b)協助為基本能力評估項目、基本能力評估及評估素養統籌委員會及其工作小組提供所需的行政和專業支援；
- (c)與學校中文科教師合力製作學與教支援教材並進行研究和推展項目，以提高中小學中文科的學與教成效；
- (d)協助籌劃、安排和開辦專業發展課程，以在中小學推廣促進學習的評估和作為學習的評估，並提高學校的評估素養；
- (e)協助籌劃和舉辦工作坊或講座，供家長和不同持份者(包括校董)參加，以推廣評估素養，使參加者對運用評估數據促進學習建立正面且正確的態度；
- (f)協助發展研究工作，相關的研究旨在為評估工具提供框架，以掌握非華語小學生學習中文的進度；以及
- (g)執行上級委派的其他職務。

職責
- (a)To provide professional support in the development of the Student Assessment Repository (STAR) and the Web-based Learning and Teaching Support (WLTS) platforms, including the development, quality control and conducting relevant publicity activities for Chinese Language at primary and secondary levels;
- (b)To assist in maintaining the necessary administrative and professional support to the Basic Competency Assessment (BCA) Project and the Coordinating Committee on BCA and Assessment Literacy and its working groups;
- (c)To assist in developing learning and teaching support materials and conducting studies and projects in collaboration with Chinese Language teachers of schools for enhancing the learning and teaching of Chinese Language;
- (d)To assist in planning, organising and conducting professional development programmes on assessment for learning, assessment as learning and enhancement of assessment literacy in schools at both primary and secondary levels;
- (e)To assist in organising and conducting workshops or seminars for parents and different stakeholders, including school managers, to promote assessment literacy and to encourage them for cultivating a positive and right attitude towards the application of assessment data to serve the function of assessment for learning;
- (f)To assist in the development of the research studies that provide an assessment tool for primary Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) students in Chinese Language; and
- (g)To perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervising officers.
入職條件
- (a)持有香港所頒授主修中文的學士學位，或主修中文的教育學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷；
- (c)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科分別考獲第3級及第2級或以上成績，或具備同等成績

(d)在取得有關學歷後，具備不少於6年在小學或中學中文學習領域教學及/或課程發展的經驗，當中包括不少於4年為中學程度。具備4年或以上負責相關督導工作經驗者優先；以及
(e)擁有以下的條件者優先：(i)良好的溝通及人際關係技巧；(ii)良好的電腦應用知識；(iii)擁有以多媒體協助開發小學及/或中學教學及評估資源的知識和經驗。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree majoring in Chinese Language or a Bachelor of Education degree majoring in Chinese Language, or equivalent;
- (b)A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
- (c)Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and Level 2 or above in English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note), or equivalent;
- (d)At least 6 years' relevant post-qualification experience in teaching and/or curriculum development in the subject of Chinese Language at primary or secondary level, of which at least 4 years should be at secondary school level. Preference will be given to candidates who have 4 or more years of experience at relevant supervisory level; and
- (e)Preference will be given to candidates with
- (i)good communication and interpersonal skills;
- (ii)good computer skills; and
- (iii)knowledge and experience in development of resource materials for learning and assessment at primary and/or secondary levels with the use of multimedia.
