總薪級表第14點(月薪30,235元)至總薪級表第27點(月薪55,995元)。
職責
二級知識產權審查主任主要負責處理及審查商標、專利及外觀設計的註冊申請；處理商標、專利及外觀設計的轉讓及續期事宜；處理有關更改商標、專利及外觀設計註冊詳情及其他註冊後的事宜；就知識產權及相關課題進行研究及分析；處理公眾查詢及顧客服務事宜。二級知識產權審查主任亦會從事推行宣傳╱教育活動，並需參與有關知識產權的地區聯繫活動。
An Intellectual Property Examiner II is mainly deployed on the processing and examination of trade marks, patents and designs applications; processing of assignments and renewals of trade marks, patents and designs; dealing with changes of registered particulars and other post-registration matters of trade marks, patents and designs; conducting research and analysis on intellectual property and related issues; attending to public enquiries and customer service matters. An Intellectual Property Examiner II will also be required to undertake promotional/educational activities and participate in regional networking activities relating to intellectual property.
入職條件
申請人必須 —
(a) 持有香港任何一所大學頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
(b) 在綜合招聘考試能力傾向測試取得合格成績(註1)；
(c) 符合語文能力的要求，即在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷(中文運用和英文運用)中取得「二級」成績，或同等成績(註1至4)；以及
(d) 在《基本法》測試取得合格成績(註5)。

Candidates should have -
(a) a bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
(b) a pass result in the Aptitude Test in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) (Note 1);
(c) met the language proficiency requirements of ‘Level 2’ results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the CRE, or equivalent (Notes 1 to 4); and
(d) a pass result in Basic Law Test (Note 5).

入職條件(註)
(1) 綜合招聘考試能力傾向測試的考生成績分為及格或不及格，而中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」，並以「二級」為最高等級。
(2) 政府在聘任公務員時，香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第5級或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「C」級或以上的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「二級」成績。
(3) 香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考英語運用科「C」級或以上成績;或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科「C」級或以上成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。
(4) 在International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績的人士，在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日有效(即由2022年5月6日至20日)。
(5) 政府會測試所有應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》知識。在《基本法》測試取得及格成績是學位或專業程度公務員職位的入職條件。申請人必須在《基本法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。如在滿分100分中取得53分或以上（即在15題中答對8題或以上），會被視為取得《基本法》測試的及格成績。此外，申請人在《基本法》測試的成績會佔其整體表現評分的一個適當比重。 如申請人在申請公務員職位時仍未曾參加《基本法》測試或未曾在《基本法》測試考獲及格成績，仍可作出申請。他們會被安排在招聘過程中參加相關《基本法》測試。
