職責
(a)就教育局教育職系人員的招聘及職業發展進行研究、分析、策劃、統籌及實施改善措施;
(b)就各類聘用工作如招聘及晉升選拔工作,提供行政支援;以及
(c)協助進行有關聘用工作程序的檢討。

(a) To provide administrative support in researching, analysing, planning, co-ordinating and implementing the improvement measures relating to the recruitment and career development of civil servants of education grades;
(b) To provide administrative support in various appointment-related work such as recruitment and promotion exercises; and
(c) To assist in conducting reviews of appointment-related procedures.

入職條件
(a)持有香港所頒授的學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(b)符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第4級或以上成績,或具備同等成績;
(c)在取得上述(a)的學歷後,具備不少於15年工作經驗,當中包括不少於5年的人力資源管理經驗,尤以資訊科技相關經驗並於政府工作為佳;
(d)熟悉電腦操作包括文書處理、試算表及簡報軟件;
(e)具備良好的溝通及社交技巧;以及
(f)積極進取、能在壓力下工作並於有限時間內處理多項事務。

(b) Met the language proficiency requirements of 'Level 4' or above in "English Language" and "Chinese Language" of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent;
(c) At least 15 years' working experience after obtaining (a) above, of which at least 5 years in corporate human resources management and preferably with experience in information technology system and in the Government;
(d) Proficient in using word-processing, spreadsheet and presentation software;
(e) Good interpersonal and communication skills; and
(f) Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and handle multiple projects within tight timeframes.
