職責
(a) 為幼稚園校長及教師策劃、組織及開展專業發展活動;
(b) 就中國/英國語文學習為幼稚園提供到校支援服務,包括策劃與實施課程計劃、探索有效的學與教策略/活動;
(c) 發展學與教資源和材料;
(d) 協助及審視幼稚園運用學與教策略及教材的有效情況;
(e) 組織及舉辦地區性/分區研討會、經驗分享會和網絡活動,以推廣成功經驗;
(f) 定期向上司匯報工作的進度;以及
(g) 按上司的要求,執行其他獲指派的職務,以提升學前中國/英國語文教育的質素。
(a) To plan, organise and conduct professional development programmes for kindergarten principals and teachers;
(b) To provide school-based support services to kindergarten principals and teachers on planning and implementing Chinese/English activity/unit/curriculum plans and exploring effective Chinese/English language learning/teaching strategies;
(c) To develop learning and teaching resource;
(d) To facilitate and monitor the application of good practice and learning/teaching resources in kindergartens;
(e) To organise and conduct district-based/territory-wide seminars/experience-sharing activities for dissemination of good practices and learning/teaching resources to kindergartens;
(f) To report regularly to the supervisors on work progress; and
(g) To perform any other duties as and when required by the supervisors for enhancing the quality of Chinese/English language education at pre-primary level.
入職條件
(a)(i)持有本港頒授的英國語文或英國語文教育學士學位,或具備同等學歷[參閱註(i)];(ii)持有本港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書(主修英國語文優先),或具備同等學歷[參閱註(i)];以及(iii)在取得有關學歷後,具備不少於5年的學前或小學的英國語文教學、課程發展、質素保證、學校改善及/或有關英國語文教學校本支援經驗[參閱註(ii)];或(i)持有本港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書(主修英國語文優先),或具備同等學歷[參閱註(i)];(ii)持有本港頒授的教授英國語文為第二語言或外語的碩士學位,或具備同等學歷[參閱註(i)];以及(iii)具備不少於10年的學前或小學的英國語文教學、課程發展、質素保證、學校改善及/或有關英國語文教學校本支援經驗[參閱註(ii)];或(i)持有英國語文或英國語文教育學士學位,或具備同等學歷[參閱註(i)];(ii)持有教授英國語文為第二語言或外語的資歷(需最少具備文憑程度),或持有認可幼兒教育資歷,需最少具備合格幼稚園教師程度;以及(iii)具備不少於5年的學前或小學的英國語文教學及課程發展經驗[參閱註(ii)];
(b)於香港中學文憑試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績,或具備同等成績[參閱註(iii)];
(c)申請人如持有教育或幼兒教育學士以上學位、熟識本地教育課程,具備教師培訓與發展、課程與資源發展的教育工作經驗,及/或英國語文教學支援、研究與發展項目等相關經驗者將獲優先考慮;
(d)具備良好電腦知識,及/或運用多媒體製作教材和資源的知識及經驗為佳;以及
(e)申請人具備極佳英文能力及能以中文與人有效溝通將獲優先考慮。

(a) (i) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree major in English Language, English language education or equivalent [see Note (i)]; (ii) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution preferably major in English Language [see Note (i)]; and (iii) At least 5 years' relevant post-degree experience in teaching English Language, curriculum development, quality assurance and school improvement and/or school support focusing on English Language education at pre-primary or primary level [see Note (ii)]; OR (i) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution preferably major in English Language, or equivalent [see Note (i)]; (ii) A Hong Kong Master's degree in Teaching English as a Foreign or Second Language (TEFL/TESL), or equivalent [see Note (i)]; and (iii) At least 10 years relevant experience in teaching English Language, curriculum development, quality assurance and school improvement and/or school support focusing on English Language at pre-primary or primary level [see Note (ii)]; OR (i) A bachelor's degree major in English Language, English language education [see Note (i)], or equivalent; (ii) Teaching English as a Foreign or Second Language (TEFL/TESL) qualification, at least at certificate level or a recognised teacher training qualification in pre-primary education, at least at Qualified Kindergarten Teacher qualification level; and (iii) At least 5 years' relevant experience in teaching English Language and curriculum development at pre-primary level [see Note (ii)];
(b) Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [see Note (iii)];
(c) Preference will be given to candidates who have a higher degree in education or Early Childhood Education, good knowledge of the local education system and curriculum; and experience in training and development of teachers, curriculum and resource development, and/or school support in English Language teaching, research and development projects;
(d) Good computer skills, and/or knowledge and experience in teaching resources development by using multi-media means is preferred; and
(e) Excellent command of English language and ability to communicate effectively in Chinese language are preferred.

(ii) 申請人須述明於取得有關學歷後所具備的相關工作經驗及性質。
(iii) 政府在聘任時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
